This bread slicer is excellent quality. There were no instructions on how to put it together, however, we simply went back to the Amazon website and viewed the various pictures shown for this item and easily figured it out. This is probably the best one you'll come across.

Because our youngest eats gluten free now we bought a bread machine. It’s great to have the homemade bread but cutting it evenly was a challenge for me. I went to Amazon to see what offerings they may have and after reviewing the different products I chose this one. I have several bamboo products ranging from a cutting board to utensils, so I am familiar with the durability of bamboo. A major selling point for me was the adjustability for different widths of bread, and being able to cut different thicknesses of bread. It is easy to adjust and I am very happy that I chose this product.

I waited for the perfect bread slicer guide, and was beginning to think one wouldn't be made but, lo and behold, here she is! Being able to adjust the width was the main selling point, but there's plenty more to love. The base is a cooling rack, as well as a very successful crumb catcher. The entire unit is very well made and cleans and stores easily. I love it!

The first arrived in its packaging intact but was nevertheless cracked. It looks like a manufacturing defect that was never caught.That being said, the replacement was sent the same day and arrived promptly and in good condition.I personally really like it. The ability to adjust the width to match the loaf is really nice. Once done, I can fold it all in the crumb catching cavity and it doesn’t take much space.A wellDesigned item overall and I am happy with it.

For those who make homemade bread, this is a great tool for evenly slicing Texas Toast slices, regular and sandwich slices. Adding a large rubber band to hold it together while slicing makes the chore a breeze. The only downside is the lack of markings to help youngsters who want to help in the kitchen to determine which grooves are for which size slice.

My wife bought this and I thought, "Oh boy, another garage sale item!" However, it works great on her incredibly good homemade bread. I would give it more stars if I could. Highly recommended!!!

We make bread every week at home and this slicer not only is attractive, but the option to have different size slices is super handy. It folds up nicely for storage and cleans easily.

It's a beautiful slicer, come with compact instruction. And I love bamboo very much. It's detachable so it won't take a lot of space to storage it. And it's very easy to clean, you just take it apart and put the bamboo pieces under the water. And the most important function is: The width is adjustable! So it can fit the different size of bread and hold it still by adjusting the baffles. Perfect product. Hope seller can have more bamboo products in the future. Thanks.
