Great, durable, hard-to-find and thoughtful product
If you're looking at this, you already know how hard it is to find overalls for women. Your options are cardboard stiff Carhartt or Dickies, disappointingly inferior Duluth Trading Co. or ridiculously-cute-but-outrageously-priced-and-not-particularly-sturdy Swedish overalls (ahem, Garden Girl). If you ACTUALLY get dirty, need to get down in the mulch, gravel, poop, compost or fieldwork on a regular basis, these are a very good option, especially for the price. Knee pads are included, the fabric is a sturdy heavy twill, there's a very intelligently placed zipper pocket INSIDE the front of the chest bib, and (didn't know this when I bought them and I love this feature) the straps are kind of like flat bungees. They are industrial grade elastic fabric bands that keep the whole thing always pulled back up. They run largeish, I wear a 10/12 and bought a large, could easily have worn a medium. But I like the extra room in case I need to wear layers under these, and they are slightly adjustable around the hips and booty due to two button options on one side, one that pulls them in closer and one that lets them out a bit. These are long. Hallelujah, because I'm 5' 10". I realize lots of ladies are not. They roll up fine if you need to do it, otherwise, there are obviously the zip off legs to work with to shorten them. I've worn them full leg, rolled up, and with the legs zipped off/removed. More good news for anyone taller than 5' 8"...when you wear 'em as shorts with the legs removed, you're not going to feel like a starlet in a farm porn flick. These will cover you to at least the top of your kneecaps. No thigh flashing. My only wishlist items are a) stronger "camping gear" grade buckles, and b) the addition of ankle/calf snaps so I can roll them up and secure them mid-calf on the fly without having to zip the legs off and find a place to stash them. Maybe wishlist item c) is just that: add an expandable pocket or back-of-hip carrying loop so I can secure and stash the legs when they're zipped off. That feature would skyrocket these past comparable brands. These are very solid, comfortable, well-made, reasonably priced overalls available in a ton of colors. And most importantly, the brand is sassy...which scores big points with me when it's a good-quality product.

Rosie's Cotton Twill Overalls
This is my second pair of Rosie's overalls. I am a master gardener i.e. a serious worker in the garden and these are great. With no waistband I can bend and stretch and twist under the roses I am responsible for in the demonstration garden without the waist band cutting into me or my my pants sliding down and hooking on my hips. The included knee pads are great for kneeling and unlike strap-on knee pads there is nothing chafing behind the knee.Changes I would like: a loop for a glove clip would be handy, A deeper sleeve-pocket for hand pruners would help when sitting and twisting to get under shrubs (can lose them out of the pocket at the moment). Plus I don't really need a zip off leg for a work garment with protective capabilities though I suppose it's good if these are a fashion statement for you. These are wash and wear and I get compliments on how attractive they look - so as well as being functional they look good.

UPDATE: SOMETIMES A Good quality garment
I purchased these in blue and tan, and reviewed after wearing the blue only. My bad. The blue is the original review, the tan follows here:The tan pair of overalls fit altogether differently than the blue, they have an odd fit and are shorter in the middle or something...Not too small, just...odd feeling. This wouldn't have been a big deal but the side buttons are not reinforced like on the blue pair, so after 2 wearings the buttons pulled through the fabric and these are not at all snug on me. I twist around a lot while working, and the buttons just worked their way through the fabric very quickly. Unfortunately I can't return these, and based on this I probably won't buy these again even though the other pair was really nice. Buyer beware.ORIGINAL: These are nice for home maintenance jobs and gardening, I don’t know how well they would hold up for heavier jobs. Size wise they’re pretty large like other reviews have mentioned. I’m 5’5” and wear a 12/14 and the Large fits fine and is a little roomy. It’s nice wearing coveralls and not having to hitch up my jeans and fuss with my top. They could use a loop or something to hook gloves on but the pockets are plentiful and deep enough, hallelujah. There’s a nice zipper pocket on the inside of the bib which holds my phone and things I don’t want to get wet.The pants are little long, but that’s not surprising and I could hem them but rolling them up works fine. The knee pads fall a little low so it’s a little awkward to walk around in, but they’re plenty easy to remove so it’s no big deal.Good quality and saves my other clothes, so worth the price.

ROSIES, PLSE MAKE PLUS SIZES!!!
I bought these overalls because they convert to a bermuda short for warm weather!! Well made, except for plastic clip hardware and elastic straps, both of which I could eventually replace myself, if they failed, as I am a seamstress. NBD Lots of pockets with flaps and the removable kneepads are perfect for gardening, and my tender knees! 😂😂I am between a 1X and a 2X, and since the reviews are saying it runs big, I took my chances and bought the 1X, which is the largest size Rosies makes, and that's how bad I wanted them! I was willing to take that chance. I was so excited to get them, and when I tried them on, they fit "too good", in the hip area to allow for shrinkage. 😕I am so disappointed bc these are the only overall that I came across with the convertible feature, and now I have to buy two pair of a competition brand, that actually MAKES women's plus size overalls, in order to cut off one pair for shorts or capris. 😒😒Rosie's needs to think of all body types for ALL of their clothing, not just a few pieces!!! Other than size, I loved these overalls! Such a shame....😩😩

I love the fabric.
The fabric is soft and comfortable but very durable. The fit is great, straps are adjustable.
