Fast, quality build, sturdy, light and upgradeable - xtra RAM & SSD slots
Amazing 2-in-1. Came with 1 x 8Gb memory and I’m going to add another 1 x 16Gb - so I’ll have 24Gb. And, I added a second SSD hard drive. The 500 Gb drive it comes w is the super fast PCIE SSD - which was a bonus. Feels very sturdy but not heavy. Best laptop I’ve owned since buying a new MacBook Pro back in ‘09. I expect this will last me for many years.

I like my Dell 14" 2-in-1
So, my battery discharge rate could be better. I absolutely like everything else about my little Dell. The following is why. I was using my Apple iPad 2nd gen for nearly all of my internet. I played candy crush, facetime and took some nice pictures/movies. It only had 16 Gb for IOS and data. 2nd generation is obsolete. Can't use my favorite aps. Looked at the new IPads. The cost is outrageous for what I wanted to upgrade to. Then I learned about the Dell 2-in-1. Yes, I looked at some of the others. I am skeptical about some and know to stay away from others. The Dell has plenty of power, storage, connectivity, touchability, flexibility. I use a mouse on my Dell but don't have to. Couldn't use a mouse on my iPad. I can use the key board on my Dell but don't have to. Had to purchase a Bluetooth key board for my iPad if I didn't want the virtual key board. What a pain! And I'm back on Windows 10. Imagine what I can do with Windows that I couldn't do with IOS. That's right IOS did a lot for me but left me in shackles. I can actually install professional software industrial strength or not. I can fiddle with bits and bytes or not. I like that I can attach Terabytes of physical storage (not cloud). I can flip my screen into a tablet. I can touch my screen or not. And, my screen presentation is awesome. The speakers are a little weak. So was my iPad. I can fix that with my airpods or attach a Bluetooth speaker. How about a speaker bar? I mentioned battery discharge rate. That could cause limited portability. Having said that, I plan ahead. I have roughly 4 hrs of use without worry. Conservative use could stretch that out. As long as you know your limitations you can work it out or not. The price was right and I believe I have the best of both worlds with my Dell 2-in-1. Did I say I like my Dell 14" 2-in-1?

Great laptop
Great laptop considering it's price, features and size. Touchscreen/2-in-1 feature works great. I have been using Dell laptops for work for the past 5 years and they never disappoint! Only downside is that this version is a little heavier than my previous one so I wouldn't recommend if you plan on mostly using and carrying it as an "ipad". Other than that i highly recommend this laptop.

Great mid tier touch screen
I love my laptop. My first touchscreen laptop. I don't use the touchscreen as much as I first thought, but I do use it sometimes and it's great to have. Even just being able to click a file or pop up by hand instead of using mouse is great. I'm able to play borderlands 3, factorio, and dyson sphere program (first person shooters and factory simulations). Dyson sphere is limited and does suffer a little performance issue even after I expanded RAM to 16GB after market (which was pretty easy). Overall I love it, but if you are doing very high end gaming then you might need to look at higher end products (and probably aren't reading this...)

A great disappointment
Ordered in May. Ok for the most part.. Hated my printer(hp). Now dead. Time to chat with Dell.

I Purchased After Much Research
I definitely needed a 2 in 1 laptop for work but wasn't interested in the top-dollar laptops out there (HP X360, Lenovo Yoga and the Microsoft Surface). Although this Dell doesn't have the longest battery life, I do have to say the screen is quite bright (some magazine reviews said it could be brighter), the bigger solid-state hard drive (512 gb versus 256 gb in most of the similar units) and the very inexpensive RAM I purchased ($30 to double from 8 gb to 16 gb and installed myself - HP and other brand require you purchase their extra RAM to the tune of about $180) put this Dell Inspirion WAY out as the winner. I ended up spending right at $850 and have a fantastic machine. When I compare the 1100-1400 I could've spent, this computer is a ROCK STAR!

Terrible product. Wasted my money for a paperweight.
Bought this laptop in December 2019. When initially loading up the computer and signing in we had an issue. Screen went black and nothing seemed to work. All of a sudden it worked again and didn't think anything of it. About 6 months later something similar happened. Keyboard would be lit and we had 2 orange lights and 1 white light blinking by the charging port. Called Dell since we were still within warranty, shipped laptop and they replaced mother board. Got it back and worked fine for a few months and now we have the same issue. For a laptop that got very little use it has been terrible. Would not recommend. Will not buy a Dell again.

Almost Perfect!
Size and specifications are great for most applications. 8gb of ram with a 512gb SSD are very adequate. 14" size just fits the backpack or brief case much better than the 15.6". Dell still offers a quality machine and good customer service. I can only hope than Windows 10 improves. I still find the Windows Laptop is not equal to my Macbook but for me, some things are better in Windows. I hope than Dell and Apple continue to improve their machines.

Buena porque tiene varios puertos. No me gustó que no tuviera scanner para huellas o reconocimiento de rostro!
