Couldn't register it online at Casio website for warranty. It says the serial number is wrong. What to avil the warranty?

Yes. But the quality of strap should be better. I have white thin threads coming out from side of straps.

Can i change the metal Strap to leather strap ? is it possible ?

Yeah, u can just buy a leather strap Casio instead. If not you can replace the chain with a third party strap..

Can we choose strap size

No you can ask your local watch shop guy to put in exta holes if it's bigger. Other than that to you can't get it any bigger I guess
