I have histamine intolerance and cannot tolerate certain forms of magnesium including citrate, glycinate & orotate. This one as malate is very high quality and perfect for those with histamine issues.

Its good regarding muscle pains and spasms,but since it contains malic acid in high amounts it is making body acidic and causing swelling in limbs and pains and stiffness in joints.After use 3 months my teeth became very sensitive to hot, cold and sweet and sourness. These all symptomps gone when i stipped using these supplements. Hence I dont recommend it for regular use.

I’ve got the bottle expiry date one month more(((I can’t eat 200 capsules during one month

Having it available in capsule form is even better as compared to back then when i first started using it and they use to look like horse pills that were sometimes difficult to swallow.

This is an easy to swallow capsule and is the supplement my doctor advised me to get instead of any other type of magnesium supplement.

Take one every night, really helps with sleep.
