These Jalepeno bits are perfect and bring some heat. I added to some Green Chili that wasn’t quite hot enough for me and they brought the spice the green chili needed.

Used the dried jalapeños to season 60lbs meat to make homemade jalapeño and cheese sausage. Worked great very tasty.

Not fresh, but very good. I live in Vietnam where jalapeños are hard to find. These freeze dried peppers are not as hot as fresh or even canned, but they add some heat and good flavor to Mexican food.

This is a "good" sized bag of dried jalapeno. Great flavor just the right size for us. We add this as one of our summer sausage and snack stick ingredients. Adds enough heat and flavor to the recipe. Its a big bag for a great price.
