Best value and secure headphones I've ever owned.
I've had multiple pairs of BackBeat models, but these are by far the best value, most secure and most practical set yet.I bought two pairs at the discounted price of $18.35 each, and tag-team the pair as I basically live in these. It's just about the only way I absorb books, podcasts and music now. Additionally, you are able to adjust the passive noise reduction by simply not inserting the ear buds all the way in, music may not sound as bassy, but they are still ultra-secure on your ears and you're still able to hear everything around you.An added bonus is that I find them comfortable to sleep in whilst listening to binaural beats, The battery may not last a full 8 hours but the 6 hours' worth of battery is enough to get me into a deep state quickly.

Works great!
Pros - Comfortable fit, three ear plug sizes, it isolates gym sounds and gym music very well. Their is no weird air pressure when in the ears, or when inserting/removing, they are barely noticeable during a 2hour gym session or working the weekend on a night shift and getting 6 hours of music, podcasts audio books. They don't slip off and stay put when running; jogging or repairing a car.Sounds quality is great. Good bass, clear crisp audio. Not tinny at all.Cons - in the gym with many bluetooth devices all operating at the same time… their may be interference and or a disconnection, usually its one person with an overly aggressive bluetooth device. I just avoid them by keeping 20feet or more away.A second very minor irritation is the charging block on their audio wire. It may wiggle or slap on your neck if you being super active like doing a hiits workout. Cant really secure it tightly short of taping it too the neck. However during lifting and more stationary activities its not an issue. Even jogging and cycling its not an issue.Ear comfort, Sound quality, sound isolation, and battery life are all great.Overall im happy with this brand. Plantronics/poly make great solid products. Just wish the marketing was better. People are not aware how good their products are and its kinda placed among the cheap Chinese garbage at price point on amazon. Its an American company so they make quality products. The quality is top notch in my book.My previous plantronic/poly headset lasted six years of century cycling, lifting, hiking, boating, camping, night shifts and many rainstorms outdoors. They never broke, just some wear on the finish and of course the battery gave out after six years. Will buy again. You wont be disappointed with this product. Poly is very underrated and mostly overlooked in the gym outdoor activity market.

Great headset until...
I originally bought my first set of these Plantronics headphones in 2019, then my 2nd set in 2022, now I'm in the market for another pair. Both for the same reason... The cover over the controls has come unglued, I've reglued the cover, very carefully several times, but it gets to a point when the buttons no longer work.I love the fit, there are 3 size of ear pices, so they will fit just about every ear size. They are waterproof for those of us who sweat a lot, or accidentally go swimming when we had not planned to. You just need to make sure you have closed the charging port.As for battery life... I tend to get more than 6 hours out of a full charge. I'll put them on mid morning to go out to work in my shop and they're either just running down, or I'm getting the 10% voice warning. If they fit your ear properly, they should work OK for noise cancelling. I need to have noise going constantly due to severe tinnitus, so these headphones work just fine for the purpose. I can listen to music, or listen to audio books.I don't know why people are comlaining and dropping ratings, or even saying "Don't buy these, they're crap for music!' Well, what do you expect for a $30 set of headphones. They're not Bose for goodness sake!As for connecting to my phone and phone calls... I have experience using other BlueTooth devices to talk on the phone such as hearing aids and air pod type of headphones. These work just as good, if not better than some.Well, that about wraps up my review of the Plantronics BackBeat 350 Wireless Headphones

Fire hazard concern, poor customer support
I bought a pair of these over a year ago and was very happy with them. They fit well, did a decent job of sound isolation, sounded pretty good, and were waterproof. (I sweat a lot.) First pair held up just over a year, but then one time when I tried to charge them, they overheated. I noticed when I could smell burning plastic. I unplugged them (very hot) and reached out to the manufacturer in an online chat. That person said she would "escalate" it, and have a specialist call me. It took about a week and a half for them to contact me. They did offer to send replacements, but I'd already ordered new ones since the last were out of warranty. The second set lasted about two weeks, then stopped taking a charge. The good news is that the second pair didn't overheat, but the bad is that they no longer work at all. I tried to get a warranty replacement at the company website, but the submission form wouldn't work and chat was unavailable for a couple of weeks.Fortunately, I was able to process a return through Amazon.3rd pair worked 3 months then quit. I reached out for warranty support. "unfortunately, we don't have any stock of this product to replace it and no ETA either. I recommend contacting us back in 15 days to see if we have stock to replace your product." What kind of warranty support is that?
