They sent good instructions for rooting and had already prepped some of the cuttings. They also included free samples of other varieties.

Very unhappy with my orders
I paid for 2 orders, but received only 1. My order is just like the other customer (LIN) described, delivery was delayed, they were very thin and flimsy/ tips starting to brown. Got two extras (1 for white and 1for red), but they were only 3-4" and thin.

Did not meet expectations.
Delivery was delayed by one week. They came in brown bags and labelled.Got 6 total, but the 4 I was supposed to get were very thin and flimsy/ tips starting to brown.I suspect I got two extras to make up for the subpar plant clippings.Of the extras, one was only 4", and the other had holes. However, these two were plump.At this point I'm not sure they will root.
