Unfortunately, one of my shells was broke upon arrival. Box was intact but could have perhaps used a bit more padding. The shells are a bit small for the size of plant and I will use them for other smaller plants. My package was also missing the plant fertilizer.Otherwise, my plants look healthy and the shells are very cute.Edit: The seller sent a prompt reply to my review and offered to replace the missing product and broken shell. I appreciate when companies read feedback and offer a solution to a problem. +points!

I ordered these not knowing how they would be. I was worried I would receive dead plants. Let's just say I WAS AMAZED! They are very healthy and beautiful. They were wrapped very well! Nothing was broken. My kids were so thrilled when we opened them up. Even had detailed instructions on how to take care of them along with a link for further reading. If and when I order more I will be coming here to order them! I have never had Air Plants before and I am thrilled with these! Thank you for the amazing product! I am sharing my pictures. This is how they looked when I opened the box (that was inside another bubble package). I am also sharing the instructions in case someone else may need them

My Sea Urchin Air Plants arrived promptly and were packed very carefully. The plants needed to be soaked (watered), and after a few hours of full submersion, were as "perky" as my other air plants. Tip...to water, totally submerge your air plants in cool water for approximately six hours. Remove and gently shake to remove water from middle of plant (to avoid middle rotting). Gently turn upside down on two folded paper towels until all moisture is gone. Place in sea urchins and...gorgeous!!!

Well, sadly the plants themselves are a bit bigger than the holes in the shells and the shells are paper thin so will tip easily ... as they are shown in the image I give them 3-4 stars because of this .... however, after I soaked them, as per instructions, I needed to let them dry, so I put them with my Pony Palm and LOVE how they look! ... That is where they'll stay and I'll use the shells to decorate the shelf where I was originally going to place this set. 5 stars because I am pleased with the result

I have had these a couple weeks and they are all already near dead, one completely gone.The did not look good when they arrived, but i figured that is just because i got them in the mail.I followed directions on watering and they still just go down hill. I have some co-workers who bought plants at the same time (elsewhere) and theirs are doing great and we follow the same watering schedules and have some room/light conditions.To top it off the little shells these came with do not serve their purpose. The holes are not the right size to fit these plants so i had gone out and purchased more to make these work.Not worth the money and i will never buy these online again. Basically threw my money away.

very pretty! make an adorable decoration. please note that they're quite small, but I put them in a cluster on my desk and they look adorable there :)update: one of my plants did arrive not looking quite well, and I wasn't sure if something happened during shipping or if I did something wrong when I first watered them, but I mentioned it to the seller and she sent me out a new plant, no questions asked -- excellent customer service, would definitely recommend.

Very tiny, about 1 inch tall. Not what I expected from the photo. Returned them.

I love the air plants and they arrived in good shape. One thing I would have done differently if I reordered would be to just purchase the plants. The sea urchins don't sit well on a table, so I fixed the issue by placing them in a sand filled terarium, which makes it easier to spritz my little plants with water. The PDF care instructions were helpful and I am hoping to purchase again in the future. Thanks So Much.
