Great product. Works with all of my meetings. Only drawback is the support web site
Bought this because I needed a headset for my home office. I am in meetings a good majority of the day and I move from Microsoft Teams, to Google hangouts to Webex and none of the headsets I have allowed for this. I've tried other headsets (both wired and wireless) and they would fade in and out. Additionally, the range of this head set is great and the sound clarity does not suffer when I am moving around the house. The noise cancelling works fantastically. I had a truck backing up outside the house and it did not pick that up, yet my voice was clear as a whistle.I like that I can connect it to my computer AND my phone at the same time. I will be testing the phone connection soon and will update. One thing I had to do was figure out how to connect to Google. Unlike Microsoft teams it did not automatically work. I actually had to click on the green button on the base, as if to disconnect the call, and then I could hear and be heard. There was no mention of that detail on the Jabra web site. One down side to this headset is not about the product, but the support site. There is no real support. I wasn't able to get any help with the google hangouts. But since it wasn't a product issue I still rated it a 5.I love that the base shows that I am online and the headset lights up so my husband can tell when I am in a meeting.Once I test the actual desk phone connection I will update this with details. LOVE this headset.

Top notch unified communications headset
I'm on a softphone several hours a day for international conference calls; mostly from home using Skype. For me, the critical criteria of a good headset are sound quality, range, and battery life; and the Jabra Engage 65 is satisfying those needs exceptionally well so far.Sound Quality: Since I often work with teams in other countries, even small distortions make a call unproductive (say again please...). The Engage has been loud and clear on both ends. Noise cancellation is pretty good, but doesn't remove everything except your voice. Wind and other ambient sounds are still audible when not muted.Range: I like to walk-and-talk when I'm in an involved conversation, so wired and Bluetooth headsets don't cut it. The ability to move around the house and yard (make coffee, get the mail, bring in garbage cans) makes living on the phone much more tolerable and allows a bit of physical activity during long calls.Battery: I've done a couple 10-hour workshops and haven't run out of battery yet as long as I get it on the charger for a half-hour over lunch.Overall, I'm very satisfied with this model. It replaces a Pro 930 I used for about seven years (even soldered in a replacement battery once), which finally gave up the ghost. I see only 2 minor faults, neither of which is a deal-breaker by any stretch. First, I would prefer the mute button to be further up the boom or on the earpiece. The button at the tip is harder to find and I sometimes bump the mic when pressing it. Second, the earpiece swivels too easily on the headband. A swivel is nice (the 930 was fixed flat), but the loose joint doesn't sit as stationary against the head.

Best Noise Cancellation
This is my favorite headset for work and personal use. With a lot of people working from home these days, I can wear this headset and no one knows the dog is barking next to me. The quality of the sound is amazing as well. I can wear them after a night's charge for 9-10 hours the next day. This style is great for me because I don't like the pressure of a full headset covering both ears and it is comfortable to wear. After a long day, sometimes, not all the time, my one ear is a little sore. The good news is that I can switch as the headset is good for either side.

Jabra Engage 65 Sidetone
I purchased this headset to replace a work supplied headset. I love the mobility provided but I absolutely hate the sidetone feature. I tried disabling the sidetone feature without success. I am currently searching for a new headset where sidetone is unavailable.

Almost perfect!
I love this headset. I need a headset with a single speaker. The dual headsets block out too much of the "real world" for my taste, so this one is great. I also love that you can use this in wired mode as well. Sometimes I have calls that go pretty long and this allows me to switch over to the cable if I need to. I have only had to do this once so far. The only thing I would change about this headset is I would love if it used usb-c instead of micro USB. We shall see how the dock with the micro USB holds up over time. I believe usb-c is more robust. But overall I do really like this headset.

Great device
I purchased this so that I could replace my work issued headset that worked only with the phone. Now I can use my new headset for both my cisco office phone and my computer. The greatest feature of this headset is that it seems to almost always automatically toggle between the computer and the phone correctly, rarely a need to push the button on the base to select which device is the source. It also rings a chime from the base when I receive a Teams call so I can hear it. In addition the clarity and volume on calls are very good. I also purchased the electronic hook switch adapter so that I can answer a phone call using the button on the headset. I did not use the software Jabra suggested because I am not allowed to download software onto my work computer and it still works fine. Returned one from Leitner that was not as sophisticated or sturdy feeling. Thank you Jabra for a solid device.

MAKES WORK MUCH BETTER
I use these all the time and am able to process or review computer records or access files in another room while talking. Perfect.

Jabra Engage 65
I ordered a Bluetooth headset to adjust for my mobile phone. It turns out that these headphones do not have Bluetooth. That's why I sent them back. Sorry.
