Best quality ABS!
ABSolutely bullet-proof! I have never seen a toy as sturdy as this. Well-rounded edges and corners, very safe for toddlers. And again, so tough that I truly believe it can be passed from father to son to grandson to...Love it! The rumbling action is delightful, and if your kid cannot pull it yet, or if the rock is a little too big for the tiny hands, wait for sometime. Let him/her grow up a bit. What's the hurry?

It could have been designed better. If you were planning to buy this
The only challenge is that the boulder needs to be pulled to make the truck rumble and it's too big for a kid's hands. It could have been designed better. If you were planning to buy this, go for rumbling tow truck by the same company instead.
