These pillows are very thick and fluffy with a good weight to them. They do come with a pretty strong smell, so I aired the inserts outside for a few days and washed the covers, and that helped. They started out pretty hard but they have softened as I have used them.

Sometime many, maybe 30, years ago my aunt bought one of these pillows. About 15 years ago she had an accident which resulted in nerve damage and unfortunately she couldn't enjoy this pillow anymore.She gave her favorite pillow to her sister and eventually us "kids" started borrowing our favorite pillow :) I finally asked my Aunt where she got the pillow but she couldn't remember where or what company. Luckily I found a very worn tag and could barely make out Sleep Innovations.Honestly the pillow looks nothing like what's shown on their site but I took a chance because everyone mentioned how heavy the pillows are and the company name was right. It it an Amazing pillow and WELL worth the $ ;) Now everyone is saving to get 4 to 6 of their own!P.S. We bought 6 more standard pillows and everyone loves them :)

This is a very well-made pillow. The quality is outstanding. I did expect more of a give when I laid on down on it. Comfort for me is good and I sleep well. I would prefer a little more “sinking in” when I snuggled down. But that’s my own personal preference.If you are looking for a good firm pillow, this one is a great purchase.

I FIND EVERY MORNING THEY NEED TO BE REFLUFFED ROTATED BECAUSE THEY DO NOT GIVE ENOUGH SUPPORT AND THE FILLING HAS SHIFTED INTO SOME VERY STRANGE SHAPE. I BOUGHT THEM AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE TEMPURPEDIC NAME BRAND PILLOWS THAT IVE HAD FOR YEARS AND I FIND THEM TO BE A VERY POOR SUBSTITUTE AND WILL PROBABLY REQUEST A RETURN. THEY SIMPLY ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE AND THE STUFFING MOVES AROUND SO BY MORNING ITS NOT PROVIDING A RESTFUL SLEEP AND HAS BADLY SHIFTED IN SHAPE.

I have a Sleep Innovations Pillow I LOVE I got years ago from, Costco maybe? Any way the tag states "Sleep Innovations" and has the little trade mark logo, these pillows DO NOT. They are NOTHING like my good pillow and are lumpy and limp and not at all the same feel or quality. They are made in china. Not happy Amazon is trying to pass these off as Sleep Innovation pillows. I returned them and will continue searching for the Real thing

This was my third order of these pillows. Loved the first set we use at home and the second set we use when we stay at our son’s home in Florida. Purchased a third set for Florida and this set is way overfilled and unable to remove any of the filler as it is stitched closed I would have to cut open. Too late to return so will have to use for sham pillow.

I love these pillows and only buy them. Firm and full and are awesome.

For two years I have been searching for a pillow that doesn’t hurt my neck, give me a headache, and allows me to sleep. I have struggled…I’ve bought cheap pillows-awful. I’ve bought expensive pillows-awful. I’ve tried memory foam, different textures, different fillings to no avail. THEN…I found these!!! I thought, why not give them a try. I’m sooooo glad I did!!! Night one-I was so comfortable and slept though the night. Night two-same thing and so on. I am absolutely thrilled with these pillows! These are better than a regular memory foam pillow that is one solid piece of foam. These pillows are tons of bits of foam and it cradles the head and neck perfectly. They aren’t too hard and aren’t too soft. The texture is lovely. The covers are removable and wash up so nicely. Absolutely worth the money!! So happy.

Do not buy this product! I have been using this pillow for just over a month and there is a permanent indent where my head is. The seller will not communicate other than an automated message. Don’t waste your money!

Too flat...even after fluffing it up....had to return it....I expected alot better for$100.00 for two pillows.....
