5 Pcs Super Capacitor 2.7V 3.3F Farad Capacitance 8x20mm Energy Storage Capacity

The capacitors on my VIOFO A119 dash cam died resulting in the last file not being saved properly when car was turned off. These caps were a perfect replacement and issue was fixed. Don't know how long they'll last but hopefully another 5 years at least.

They are definitely fun to play with. I used some to keep an LED lit. Added a current limiting resistor, applied current; when the capacitor was charged I removed the power. It stayed on for over 2 hours. Maybe after I play with them some more I'll find something useful to do with them.

These work just like ordinary electrolytic capacitors so they are easy to do. Each capacitor takes about 30 seconds to get fully charged. When you use them in parallel, you get good peak current delivery - enough to generate heat to ignite matches. Good product.

Great for lightweight free flight capacitor planes . Usually would like around 10F for 15-20g and 7mm brushed motor ,but since I could only source them from china right now and that will be a while, I tried these little 3.3F and made some smaller 5-15g planes with a 6mm brushed motor and switch instead. The plane pictured is just under 7g all up with 6mm direct drive and 55mm prop. Useful thrust for about 10 seconds then a nice glide . Have been over charging them to 3 and 3.1v with no problem so far, maybe it will shorten the life of the caps? at this price, I'm not too worried about it.

Tested well and hold a charge better than expected. These are very small at 1 /4" diameter.

Purchased a quantity of 5 units. Installed the first 2 and they worked great then the second two were dead. Last one checked out okay before installation. Unfortunately, I needed all 5 so now I have to purchase more, however, I will not be purchasing this brand or from this supplier.
