Q: Does it come with the plastic valve adapters, for different size lighter refill ports?

It did not, but my lighter has the standard fill port, come to think of it...all of my lighters have had a standard fill port. But this fuel is awesome in my lighter, no plugs no fouls, always lights and no unpleasant odors.

Q: Wet the tip before insertion?

Nop ,just insert to the lighter hold it down ,count 1234 thats it its full ,also of you use your lighter try to empty the air out first and then you fill it 👍

Possibly because it is a compressed flammable gas. Check with your local post office they may have an answer.

It's two 8 oz cans.. A LOT of butane.
