I wish I knew about this thing a long time ago! I have quite a few skin tags on my body, located mostly in sensitive places like underarms and around my breasts. Bra straps constantly get hooked on them, pull and irritate, so I finally decided it needs to be taken care of!I used this device the day I received it. I treated skin tags from the size of a head of a needle to a pea size (increasing the settings level accordingly). The smallest one fell off the following day; next one the day after that and a slightly bigger one 2 days later. It works!The directions advise to use numbing cream on the treated areas, but unfortunately the kit didn't come with any -- not even a small sample packet. I like to think I have a high pain threshold, but still it would be nice. The biggest problematic spot I treated is on my buttock and I still did it without any numbing cream, but depending on your tolerance and location of what you're trying to get rid of, you might want to get something to ease the discomfort.Beware: you're going to smell burning flesh -- not the most pleasant smell in the world.

Great product. had 2 large skin tags for a couple years thinking theyd fall off on its own. finally looked into getting them removed. got them both removed with this device the same day. will be using the for some age spots.it hurts a little put its not so painful that an adult cant handle. Im sure this was cheaper then going to a specialist and pay over $100

So far, this isn't working. I've treated the same skin tags more than once, they get inflamed, red, turn dark, but won't fall off. I've watched YouTube videos and feel like I'm doing it correctly, but now they just look worse. Now I'm going to have to go to my dermatologist and have them removed.

This is a great item. Comes in a nice presentation box all neatly packed. With plenty of spare needles to. Used on skin tags so far. It's not painful or uncomfortable. Just a slight tingle. Tag has disappeard after 2-3days. Very happy with this. Will progress with using on moles and warts also.

I half to say I am really surprised that this actually worked! I've tried every home remedies. But this actually worked. It's so easy to do. You just put a needle in the remover and there are diffrent settings for sizes im guessing. And push button and go around and on the mole/or skin tag. It will burn and hurt a little but its well worth it. I noticed it gotten smoother now just a dark scab still healing after the 3rd day.NOTE. It will feel like a burning sensation for about 30 minutes and then after that it'll just be itchy for a couple of days. Piece of advice do not scratch and itch it you can put and itching cream an Neosporin on it

Too lazy to praise now, point mole effect is good! It's good to use a few spots on your hands, and it's a little painful, but it can bear the color of the brush. It's a good choice for fine packaging. It works very well. It's much better than you think.
