Great choice for my small tank!
Great choice, I bought this for my 10 gallon betta and shrimp tank. It is exactly what I wanted, VERY quiet and efficient. It also doesn’t create too much airflow current, which would make a betta unhappy. I am buying another one for another 10g I’m setting up for a different betta.

Sweet, near-silence
I previously used a whisper air pump and tried every trick in the book to make it quieter. Zip ties, socks, hanging it from a chord, putting it in a soundproof box. Always, the grinding of my old air pump was an ever-present sound I couldn't escape even if I could muffle it somewhat. And then I got this air pump and the loudest noise is the bubbles from the air stone, and the subtle whirring of the filter. Even if this thing doesn't last a super long time, for the peace and quiet? It's worth it. It's so much worth it that I almost want to cry from happiness. I CAN have a fish tank without it being obnoxiously loud!

Don’t let the video fool you…it’s quiet
The media could not be loaded. Don’t let the video fool you, this little thing is so far the quietest air pump for what I have. The space audio might sound loud, but Im running a sponge filter (with a rigged air stone inside) with a flow valve in my little tank with the water level that isnt too far above the filter tube, so the bubbling sound is deceiving. I like the design and it’s definitely a space saver. I can barely feel any vibration from the pump. I’ve always used a standard aquarium pumps that sit outside the tank, are large or bulky and just take up space. And finding a “quiet” air pump is usually a hit or miss depending on what one’s idea of “quiet” is. This is definitely not for much larger tanks that require more than 1.5watts. This is currently sitting on a rimless 3.5g tank however I also used it for a rimmed 5.5g initially out of necessity and because the tank dimensions were different (and used a different air stone/sponge filter) it was still surprisingly quiet. With all that said, I have only had this for roughly 2 weeks, so time will tell be the ultimate determining factor. BUT I was pleasantly surprised with the noise level when I got it (especially compared to my other pumps for my larger tanks) and the fact that it clips on to the side of the tank and saves space, is a huge bonus. My video DEFINITELY isn’t a good example of my review, but it is quieter than a HOB filter and standard airpumps I’ve used. So for now, I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a small/nano, space-saving quiet, air pump . (And yes, I’m aware of the algae on my plants 😶)

Lil Pump stop working after two months- UPDATE-Seller kindly sent me another lil’ Pump!
I was excited about the pump and it worked nicely for the first two months and then started making a buzzing sound. The buzz sound got louder and louder. Now the Lil Pump has ceased to work just outside the return window. Disappointed in the product. I’d love to get another one that worked!UPDATE: the company was kind enough to send me another pump which I just set up this weekend. It’s working really well and I appreciate the companies willingness to work with me. I have a little fish tank (1.5 gallons) and the pump is the perfect size and it is very quiet. I really didn’t want to get a different pump because I really liked the original one, its size how quiet it is.

Works Great
I got this to power the small Aquaneat sponge filter for my betta tank. It’s small, convenient, quiet and indiscreet. It’s got the perfect power level (non adjustable) for a 3-5 gallon tank. I’m happy with it and so is my betta!

Tiny and quiet
This thing is tiny and quiet. At first the airflow seemed weak. But after about an hour or so of running it’s more than adequate for my sponge filter in a 7 gallon shrimp tank

Air pump is great for smaller aquariums
This little mini pump is quite and very affordable. I love it for small aquariums or anywhere i need a small air pump for my aquariums. The quality is great, long enough cord and ample air supply.

Ok, a little too buzzy
Bought this tiny bubbler for my 2.5 gallon fish tank however I think you could use this bubbler on any size fish tank and it would work because this bubbler hooks onto a fish tank. The motor is fairly quiet but when touching the tank, it buzzes the whole tank and the fish has to listen to that buzz 24 seven and that can’t be good. I know a fish as a fish, but I don’t wanna make my fish crazy so I tried to put the mechanical part itself in other places that were not attached to the tank, however the buzz found its way through the plastic air cord and continue to send it its buzz into the tank so I couldn’t use it but maybe I just had one that buzzed a little extra loud. I don’t know. It’s a good idea. it’s a great idea. A lot of people have smaller tanks and want a little bit of bubble But to put a fish in an environment where they have to live with this 24 seven buzzing noise seems like it’s not a good life for a fish just my experience like I said I could’ve purchased just a little bit of a louder bubbler and the rest of our may be quieter. I think about my animals and what’s gonna make them happy it doesn’t matter if it’s a cat dog or fish and the buzzing was just a little bit too much otherwise it’s a great bubbler and if you don’t have a problem with a slight buzz buy it it’s a good bus buzzer. It’s a good small bubbler with a lot of power just not for my fish. 1 fish thank you
