To use device, begin by packing the 6 Pack Pad with Adhesive Gel over abdominal area. Make sure each side of the pad is properly attached to your body. Attach controller to pads. Abs fit controller have 3 buttons. On/INC button is use to turn on device. Once device is turned on, the 1 will light. Adjust program by pushing the program button. The light indicates what program is being used. Press On/INC to increase intensity and OFF/Dec to decrease.
