A great little book bought at a good price for a max £10 Christmas secret Santa gift (it was less than £10 so I supplemented with a couple of jars of relevant spices). It was received well. It has a good layout and pictures and the recipes look really good.

Bought as a gift fur my niece who at 14 years is getting good at cookery and for several recipes can manage independently . She is also learning Spanish so an appreciation of Tapas is also helpful .Recipes easy to follow and have good illustrations of the finished food !Useful both for beginners and experienced cooks.

I got this book as it contains all the classic recipes which are timeless. Cooking them now takes me back to working in Spain in the early 00's. If you like spice and flavour and never tried Spanish cuisine this book is an absolute must have. Working at the time as a Scuba Instructor meant many lazy evenings at beach front bars sampling the various Tapas on the menu with a cold beer, grinning even now at the memory.

Bought this for a present and it has not disappointed! Really great quality, beautiful pictures and illustrations. Brilliant present, would buy for myself too! Highly recommend

I was hoping for an "authentic" collection of tapas recipes. These seem to all be put together by a stable of British cookery writers.Disappointed! It's going back and I'll keep looking.Although I do like the Spanish tile designs on the cover...

Mmm, Ooh… the recipes look delicious. I’m already planning to make these simple to make delicious bites. I’m also gonna have some for Christmas. Simples.‘Tapas and other Spanish plates to share’ is a great little book, I’d recommend it, just try to contain yourself when you open it. Yum.

Each recipe, each page has a picture of the dish. Lots of beautiful pictures and lots of good recipes, which are quite easy to follow.

This book present quite an interesting variety of plates. Each is sized well to deliver two to three generous portions. Recipes are easy to read. Methods are pretty simple to follow and have reliable cooking times. The later is pretty important to me since tapas are usually eaten as a sequence of plates. The books photography matches very well to the results of cooking per the recipe. It’s nice to see a photo for every recipe. Very few dishes require ingredient hard to source in US grocers. The bacalao dishes are very on point.This book will get a lot of use in my home kitchen.
