Solid choice
Nice chair - not blown away but not disappointed. The mesh seat bottom is key cuz it's hard to find that. It seems that the mesh isn't pulled real tight, but nothing feels saggy so it's fine. It does lean back with tension you can adjust, so it's easy to find a good semi-reclined position, or lock it upright. The armrests adjust up and down but not front to back. The headrest is nice from time to time, but you wouldn't actually work or sit in a video call reclined that much, so it's more of a bonus - and is easy to just leave off. Lumbar support is there but not significant. I kinda forgot it was there and just realized it had dropped down and wasn't touching my back at all. Guess I didn't need it much. The best part about this chair is the mesh sitting surface. My butt never gets sore or tired from a compressed foam cushion that has given out. That's been the problem with every other work chair. This one may potentially start sagging if the material stretches, but I really doubt it. I believe the build quality and comfort of this chair will make it last for mucho long time-o. Good purchase. Yay me.

I really like this "Stephen Hawking" chair
As first reviewer, I really like this "Stephen Hawking" chair. It seems stout and well constructed for what I paid for it. The base is of a high quality material. The adjustments are in the height, recline (with locking in three positions and adjustable tensioner), armrests (multiple positions), head height, and head tilt. It is a BIT sore on the bottom/tailbone; I may add a cushion for increased comfort, but it may be that I am still adjusting to the ergonomics. Good lumbar support. Highly recommended if you just need a budget adjustable ergo chair.Note that the chair did not come with instructions, but the screws are labeled. It's simple to figure out what goes where through process of elimination, but I have attached photos showing where each screw goes.

Good chair but quite massive
It was easy to assemble but it could have more instructions especially when it comes to placing a seat on the frame. It looks good. It’s comfortable. I didn’t notice it is fully ergonomic - I cannot control the back tension so I can’t reduce back pressure. Moreover the seat is really deep and suits better for tall people. However if your space is limited this one won’t be best option as it really massive. Overall it is a good quality office chair.

Great for hot climate, not so much for heavier people.
I'm at about 200lbs and this chair has held up quite nicely. The only drawback is that the lumbar support is held on by two weak plastic straps. The angle of the support allows it to break these straps through leverage, meaning that it will not stay up when moved. I've had to break the straps off completely and use screws to hold the support in place...not ideal. I enjoy the mesh as I have a very hot office and the open-air design really helps me stay cool.

Almost as good as the $250 chairs at a fraction of the cost
Pretty much has all the features of the more expensive chairs but cheaper. Arms cannot rotate and the material seem slightly cheaper but the base structure is sound and sturdy. Assembly was straight forward but not as clean and simple as it seems. The screws and holes were extremely tight and had to use WD-40 to get them in; cut myself a few times. Once of the screws still wouldn't go all the way in but it didn't effect the stability so I just ignored it. Overall, the chair has slight imperfections but the price makes it worth it.

Good chair ergonomically but seat is made of mesh
The chair is good besides that fact that the butt section is made up of mesh. Super uncomfortable with the mesh seat and would not recommend sitting for long with it. Similar chairs with cushioned bottoms are out there and are more comfortable.

Installation wasn't too bad, the tools they provide sucked though
When I received the box, it was very poorly taped and was even bulging on both sides because of how poorly the contents were arranged. Upon opening this horrific scene, I noticed that there were no wheels. I was a bit irritated by this, but decided that I would put together the chair and then email Amazon to have them send me the wheels separately. Installation wasn't too bad, the tools they provide sucked though; in the past, other chair companies have provided me with nice tools that have easy to grip handles. However, after putting it all together, I noticed that the arms and headrest were very wobbly. I ensured the screws were extremely tight, but the wobbles continued. After inspecting it, I noticed that it's just the arms themselves that wobble, the upper halves, so no amount of tightening could correct this. Same with the headrest as well. At that point, Amazon had let me know that they cannot send single parts even though they screwed up and didn't send them. Guess it was a blessing in disguise so I could return this awful chair. For the money you're spending, it is definitely not worth it. I had an IDENTICAL chair from Staples in the past for half the price that was constructed much better. Save yourself the time and money and opt for a better chair.

Lumbar support is weak
The lumbar support is very loose. I need to press on it to keep it in position. Once I release the pressure, it falls down. Could I have a replacement piece of it?

Difficulty Rating
This is not an easy chair to assembly and I jammed my finger in the process. Also, the chair seems to be a little high and doesn't go low enough to be comfortable. For almost two hundred dollars, I expected a lot better. Also, the instructions were terrible. There were no words, only images.

Disappointed
I purchased this to help my back. It is supposed to hold 250 pounds and I don't weigh that much. The main gas tube leaks or something because when I sit, it slowly drops to the bottom. I am very disappointed with this chair. I will not purchase this kind of chair again.

Comfortable and Adjustable
It came with all the parts and tools and takes about 15 minutes to assemble. The arms adjust up/down 3 inches.I have the headrest on the lowest setting and it works OK. I am 5'8". It raises up 1 3/4 inches.Lumbar also adjusts a few inches. I have it on the lowest setting. It is comfortable and inexpensive. If it lasts a few years, I am good.

The chair does not seem very solid.
The chair does not seem very solid. It shakes a bit on the handle and where the back connects the seat

Pretty much crap. You get what you pay for.
Overall it's a pretty flimsy chair not sure what I expected for a hundred bucks. After about 3 months the plastic under the armrest broke on one of the arms. After about five months the pneumatic cylinder started randomly releasing and I would sink down to the lowest height.

Terribly tall and uncomfortable with no instructions and faulty fasteners
The chair came with no instructions, threaded inserts were not threaded properly causing numerous issues assembling it and once it was assembled even at it's lowest setting it was comically tall and supremely uncomfortable, it literally feels like there is no lumbar at all no matter where I try adjusting it. Just save up a few more dollars and buy a Hyken chair. Will be returning this chair
