Loved the challenge of this project. Need a lot of time to complete it, not a quick stitch! About an hour a day was given to the giraffe, and it took six months to finish it. Note the detailed color changes on the forehead. This is what makes this project advanced. It is very tedious.The finished product is totally amazing! It is something I made for my great niece's second birthday, and I think she will treasure it for a lifetime.

This kit has very cheap materials. The Floss looks OK but would be difficult to match up with DMC. The material is not something I am familiar with. Definitely NOT AIDA. More like burlap. The symbols and directions for them are written in Chinese. The printing on the material is terrible and very difficult to decipher.This ships from China, very slow. It took a month to arrive.

This was my first ever cross stitch work and the stamping made it very easy to complete without having to focus on counting stitches. Everything was great quality and more than enough floss was included to complete the whole project. I have noticed some reviews pertaining to the stamping showing through the stitches. This is absolutely the case but the ink used in stamping is water soluble and completely washed out. I followed the instructions included for washing the final product and the ink came right out and left a perfectly white canvas. No need to purchase alternative canvases or yarn. I would 10/10 order again and am looking forward to giving my piece as a gift!

This is the first cross stitch I have ever done. The directions were really simple.I know people say they are confused but that's only because there are 2 different legends, when you compare the symbols to the numbers then everything lines up perfectly.At first I was worried the print would show through the thread, however once you completely your project you soak it in lukewarm water with some Woolite and it gets rid of the stamp perfectly.This was one of the best hobbies I have picked up and I have now bought several patterns through JoySunday!

I like the way the pattern is printed on the fabric and how easy the instructions are! It’s coming along nicely. I can’t comment on how well the printing washes off after completing the work, since I have yet to finish. Hope it comes off easily. I’m loving it, so far!

The size of the Pic is pretty big. We like the size on the wall. Very impressive! There is the fabric platform which has the color and number to guide you for the right position. It's helpful for the beginner to complete it. It takes time to finish it. But it's fun! The design of the giraffe face is very unique with various color combination. A nice gift!

I bought and used yarn that did not come with the kit to have a background and I used double the thread amount for the giraffe because the colors printed on the fabric were to bold and stood out from underneath the yarn.
