Ordered this converter for a recent trip to the UK. It provides everything you need for both converting or simply just adapting your electronics for use outside of the US. The biggest downside to this particular device was the weight of it. Because you plug the converter into an adapter, the adapter itself should be substantial enough to hold the weight of the converter. We found ourselves needing to prop something underneath the converter to keep it plugged in. Because of that, I dropped the rating by a star. Otherwise, the packaging, the travel bag, and the item itself is all well made. And the built in USB ports are awesome!

Thankfully I bought this for our recent vacation in Ireland as the other adapter I brought didn't charge anything. This one has outlets and USB ports so you can charge your phone or camera battery. Put it in convert mode and you can use your curling iron. Very small and easy to pack in the small bag that comes with it, I only brought the plug in adapter that we needed. Only downside was that it is a little top heavy and came out of the outlet slightly while my phone charger was plugged in.

I was super scared and sceptical about this, but it 100% works! I used it on my flat iron and on my hair dryer (they’re both 110v) and they worked perfectly! The hair dryer vibrates a bit more than usual, but as long as it works I’m good!

Used on trip to Norway and Germany for hiar dryer and Iphone X. My old voltage adapter was a wall plug in that often could not be plugged into wall sockets due to their location. This worked beautifully.

This was useless except for the USB plugs. Such a disappointment since I purchased this specifically for my hair tool. It simply wouldn’t work.

Burned an expensive electronic device which was less than 100 watts of power. Totally unacceptable. It seems that anything that cheap and quality does not operate in Europe. Unless you want to risk burning your device do not use it.

Do not buy this product so it is bad and disables the devices.
