Except that it's in a big block it tastes exactly like raw sugar, so it probably has the same uses.

Tasted great but ...
Got this with lot of anticipation. Ended to having UTI, which i have never had in my life before this. Many of the facilities these products made here are not certified to be clean. Thus i am not sure, i will but ever again.
