Fantastic Customer Service!! Great Company!!!
This company is top notch and deserves more than five stars.I started following The Alaska Life on Facebook when we moves to the great state of Alaska. The photos and stories drew me in and made me love my new home even more.Not too long along I became aware of a product line, including the water bottle. I immediately ordered a bottle without hesitation. It was a beautiful bottle and I am proud to carry it.I recently had to contact their customer service due to a fluke accident with the lid. Great product, tried it out for the first time today and the bottle preformed just as advertised. I'm looking forward to taking to on my next fishing venture and many more after that.

Sturdy, holds temperatures, perfect size
I’ve had this water bottle for 3 years now and I absolutely love it. I take it with me everywhere and feel naked without it. It has traveled with me to 5 different countries and countless excursions. It keeps ice for about 24 (give or take) hours in 90+ degree heat— and also steaming hot water! I don’t necessarily recommend putting liquids other than water in it, as the lid seems to trap them in the seal, and I personally don’t like smelling strange beverages when drinking water days later, but it’s easy to clean and so so so sturdy. My bottle has a lot of dings in it by now from being dropped onto concrete, but it only effects the outside. The size is perfect for carrying a large amount of water and fits my hand like a glove. The wide mouth can make it prone to spilling sometimes but I appreciate the size nonetheless. I recommend this bottle to all of my contacts.

Rust
This works really well, my problem is that I have used this about a dozen times and rust has already formed at the bottom. Never put it in dishwasher or cleaned with any abrasive material.
