Chicago Scribe
Thank you for the Chigago Pneumatic Scribe, I an a Fossilien sammeler, and need this Fantastic Scribe to prepare fossils with. Its my second one now and hope it works like the first one after many thousands of hours in use. The Concern AMAZON.CON WAS VERY FAST AND A GREAT PLEASURE TO BUY FROM. I buy and use AMAZON in Germany also many times, and have always been very pleased fast and friendly, can always find what you need ( Hope you can read my English its not realy so good as school days) Vielen Dank. Failed all around.
Chicago pneumatic has the worst customer service ever. No phone number provided, u can just contact them via email, and U will never get a response. Purchased a total of 3 of these, one arrived to me used, the second one was defective, and the third one I couldn't figure it out how to use the chisel bit. No YouTube video available for this either. Their user's manual is garbage, like it was printed with a $50 dollar printer. A tool this pricey, at lest have a good user's manual printed . I'm sending this back for the third time.
