When I received my first pair, the silk veil was torn and one of the fans didn’t light up at all.I then contacted the seller about the issue. And she said she will send me a new pair. The new pair, did take a while because of Covid-19 but that was understandable.Both fans of my new pair do light up and the silk veils are beautiful! 💕 The only issue with one of the fans, was that the charging port was covered :( My husband had to help me make a hole in order to access it for charging. Besides the little blunders, I would like to say thank you to the seller for doing her best to help me out. I like my fans! The silk veils and lights are very beautiful! Thank you.

I bought these and for a little while they were great but now the one doesn't hold a charge. The charger ports were covered when I bought them and I had to remove some of the casing to get to the port. They don't close all the way. And the battery packs were on the bottom stave which makes it hard to change the setting during a performance. They were nice for the little time they lasted.

The lights are zip tied to the fan, this makes it impossible for them to close correctly. The veil is pretty standard and a nice bright color. How ever the lights are attached by zip tie plastic glued to the fabric. Very cheap construction. The lights are white with 3 settings - bright, dim, and blinking.

I am really impressed with this seller. The fans are exquisite. Initially, I had an issue with one fan upon arrival. One of them did not light up, but I contacted the seller, and they fixed things and even added a bonus to make up for the inconvenience. I can't wait to use these gorgeous fans on stage!

pidie lights that were used for these fans don’t keep a very good charge. One of them is always dead even though they both get charged at the same time. Not only that but on one of the fans, the lights that are actually on the fan don’t light up. Rather only the pixie lights on the silk work ))):if we’re being honest with my creativity I probably could have curated a set of fans that were produced a lot better than these

Overall it’s a good product. I had to fix where you charge it at. It had came unglued. Which was weird because the other fan was tie strapped in. But no worries, I fixed it and the flow and spin Beautifully.
