inchBlack Ironinch is the term given to products made from mild steel, not its colour. Most robust than aluminium especially when baking at very high temperatures. Various sizes and depths available. We recommend that your inchseasoninch all of your pizza pans (except non stick) as this creates a patina effect that becomes stick resistant. inchBlack Ironinch pans should be seasoned before use. To season: wash in warm soapy water and quickly dry. Wipe a small amount of cooking oil on all surfaces and bake until the oil has burnt on to the pan. Season Properly... Used for: Bread-Buns. Tea-Cakes. Rolls... Superb..!!
You Know Summat.. Hahaaaa..!!I've Steered away from the ”Proper” Bakeware In Favor of Non-Stick. And Yeah.Non-Stick Is Great... But Finding that Crucial Size Is Mind Numbing.I did an #Exploit search using Google & Found Exactly (Size-Wise) what I wanted.Amazons Search jeez. Ya get Everything.. BUT..!!Steel Bakeware.. Just the Ticket.. However.... NOT an Easy path to Tread.. ~_^Google for Tips on Seasoning Steel Cook/Bakeware. And be Prepared to Put SomeSerious Time & Effort into this Initial Process.I only put a Single Coat Externally. The Inside & Sides have 10. The Surface isLike Glass & Resembles a Toffee Apple Coating.. Don't Do it Right tho..!!And the Surface will be as Tacky as a Toffee Apple.Another problem. The Biggest Actually.... Is Size. I'm talking ”Bang On”.Not Nearly or Almost. I'm gonna give Imperial Sizes. Exactly.Rim Dia (External) = 14.75”Rim Dia (Internal) = 14.5”Base Dia (Internal) = 14.00”Height (External) 15/16” (Just under 1”)Rolled Rim Dia 1/8”So Lets Round this Up to be Clear. This Pan is Externally.. 14.75” x 15/16”Oh Go on Then... lol..... 37.47cm x 23.8mm . (Rounded Up. 37.5cm x 24mm)I Bought 2. No Warping. I Only make Bread-Rolls &/or Tea-Cakes.Seasoned with Olive Oil. 250c x(10 Times) . G'luk#Note.. Olive Oil Burns On at Lower Temp than Cooking Oils etc.

The unfortunate thing is I really liked
I always wash new cooking items but these went rusty straight away when I complained to supplier I was told I SHOULD HAVE OILED THEM BEFORE PUTTING THEM INTO WATER. Sorry but I am not a mind reader. The unfortunate thing is I really liked them
