Nordic Ware 365 Indoor/Outdoor Grill n' Serve Plate

Muy bueno para dejar reposar carne después del asador. La mantiene caliente, materiales de buena calidad y fácil de limpiar.

Initially purchased as a single item to try it out...intend to purchase 3 more. Durable stainless steel platter is thick with no warping under heat, and fits easily into dishwasher. The size is suitable for grilling, or tex-mex cooking (burritos, enchiladas, fajitas). Presents well on the table, and thermal plastic base doesn't heat up.

This stainless steel cooking/broiling pan is great. Stainless is what makes it a good hot plate or broiler. This pan is reasonably heavy and thick enough for all uses. I have seen many thin plates. Not the case here. For my use I will not use the tray that it inserts into. I want and got a great pan. You can scrub this till it's shiny if you like. Aluminum pans are a problem unless you treat them by baking/burning them with just butter to put a coating that seperates them from your food. Some people don't get it. If you scrub aluminum till it's shiny your most likely eating the aluminum the next time you cook on it. Not Good.

It is barbeque season and my hubby and I use these plates almost every night. It is really nice to put a steak off the barbeque on the plate and hear a sizzle. The only reason I give it four stars is because they don’t stay hot as long as advertised.

Always had a problem with meat getting cold too soon after BBQ but also wanting to avoid having to use hand mittens to move anything to the table and then have a separate place mat. This was perfect for the job, we leave near the flames to warm and when we’re finished all the meat stays warm but we can also move around with bare hands because of the plastic under tray which you can just slide under, have used many times and goes straight in the dishwasher afterwards !
