This product came in without being assembled or labeled. The plain case was very hard to open in fact I broke a nail trying to pry it open which tells me that a child would never be able to open it alone. The cardboard labels were inside as was a shelf and accessories in a plastic bag. It looked nothing like was depicted on the site. It was suppose to be for a Christmas present but I would be ashamed to give this to any little girl. It definitely is not worth what I paid for it. I would have done better going to a dollar store. Very disappointed since it was on Amazon...I trust Amazon to know if a product is good or not I guess I was wrong unfortunately! I would send it back but it would be more bother and cost on my end.

I was expecting better quality, but it's not a total loss. Brushed are hard solid plastic which is ok, but there were some card boxes that survived for 5 minutes before they became trash, I think I would have preferred those to be plastic. But my toddler is enjoying it so it wasn't a total loss, even if I anticipate the smaller pieces missing & the case broke in half within a week.

Everything had to be put together. Very cheaply made. No instructions to tell you the proper set up you have to guess. The only positive is that my 3 year old likes it but not crazy about it.

Bought for a gift and im too embarrassed to give it. Cheap. Not even dollar store quality.

I am unhappy that this did not look like the picture. The picture wasn't even on the product and the plastic is scratched like it was kicked around the floor.

Horrible product. Doesn’t come with a cover and the plastic box looks like it’s been kicked around. Do not purchase!

This arrived was in a million pieces- parts missing and others missing, purse was difficult to open, definitely not worth $15. Will attempt to return. Total disappointment.

Bad materials and not all pieces of the background can be glued. Other than that the toys are nice and a good size.
