Fake reviews. Shoe is not great.
Very disappointed to see that this company is incentivizing and offering to pay customers $15 for their reviews (see pic of insert that came with the shoes). That explains why these shoes aren't nearly as great as the reviews.I was looking for shoes that would be supportive for plantar fascitis, but I did not find support in these. The arch is low. The heels are too elevated and the velcro fastener looks ridiculous (like wings sticking off the sides) if you make it any tighter than its default (which is too loose for my feet). Also, these shoes are very stiff and the sole is the type of plastic that slips easily on any little water drop on the floor. These shoes are shaped for swollen or high volume feet, not high arch or people needing support for the bottom of their feet.I won't be purchasing from this company again.

You will not regret this purchase
I have plantar fasciitis, Morton's neuroma, one knee replacement, and need the other replaced. Comfortable shoes are a serious subject to me. I bought these slippers in 2014 and have worn them everyday-snow,ice,rain,105 summer- I've washed them in the washing machine many times and they are still going. My new pair came today. I will keep the old slippers for messy jobs, but look forward to at least 3 or 4 years of comfortable feet from this product.

Great slippers and highly recommend!!!! Arrived with stain on them though
I'm on day three with these slippers and I am very happy with them! I have severe sarcoid arthritis in my feet and ankles and I am very limited on the shoes I can wear. I cannot walk barefoot under any conditions because of pain and I HAVE to have house shoes. Granted, I am never without pain in my feet, but these slippers definitely help with the early morning stiffness in my feet. I cleaned the house yesterday and wore them pretty much all day without any issues. I read several reviews that stated they were too hard and not enough arch support; I disagree. I have flat feet and again, have severe arthritis in my feet. They are not your typical $10 slippers that have the "memory foam" bottoms. they have a supportive sole and I can see how some would say they are too hard for them. If you're used to wearing cheap and super soft soled slippers, then yes, these will be too hard for you, but if you need great support and something sturdy, then these will be great. As for the arch, it is not a huge arch, but works perfect for me because I have flat feet. Anything higher would just hurt my feet due to the lack of arch in them. The insole is removeable, so if you prefer a better arch, simply put in your own insert. If you do so, you will only lose out on the soft sherpa-like lining that lays on top of the insole. there is about a 1 inch heel on these, but it's more like a raise of the entire slipper than an actual high heel so you don't feel like you're wearing "high heels." I bawked at buying these because there is no back to them and was afraid they would slip off my feet. I can certainly say that they do not slip off my feet, even without socks. There is an adjustable strap on the top that allows you to tighten or loosen the slipper if needed. I gave these 4 stars instead of 5 because they make my feet sweat. These will be great in the winter as I live in Michigan, but for all year round, they're too hot. I'm trading the temperature of my feet for the comfort and pain relief though so I will deal with it or simply wear socks with them. Also, another reason for my 4 stars instead of 5 is because they arrived with a small stain on the top of them. Due to the light brown color and the suede material, the stain is very noticeable. Fortunately, I'm only wearing them in the house and the hassle of returning over a small stain was not worth it to me. However, I am a fan of black and would have loved to have seen these offered in that color; also this color will help to avoid noticing such stains described above :) Please let me know if you offer these in that color in the future, as I will certainly buy them! I will update my review as time goes on if I encounter any problems. Otherwise, I would highly recommend these slippers, especially if you're a foot pain sufferer like me!

Miracle for PF!
I have had issued with plantar fasciitis (PF) for a year now. I have tried a number of different things from shoe inserts to a night brace. Anything I had tried was only making a marginal improvement. Then, after talking to a friend with the same issue, she noticed that I always walk barefoot as much as possible which is probably the cause of my PF. Unfortunately, we have mostly hardwood floors at home. She told me that PF flip flops had helped her PF issue.I did some research and found these slippers. I hesitated to buy them...especially at this price for something that I didn't expect to wear for any period of time. HOWEVER---they are like walking on clouds!! So much so that I have left my house several times now with them on my feet!My PF is not 100% cured (it's been about 3 months now). My feet hurt when I walk from my bed to my closet first thing in the morning (I have to store them in my closet so the dog doesn't eat them while I sleep at night). As soon as I get them on in the morning, no more PF pain/discomfort! Unlike the all day discomfort I had experienced before these slippers. If I'm on my feet too much during the day, PF will flair up later in the day but not to the same degree as before I purchased these slippers.I wish they came in black. I know they are considered slippers, but I could probably get away with wearing black ones every day to work!I do want to mention that these do fit me as expected. The first time I put them on, they were snug. But, as I've worn them, they have molded nicely to my feet and are not uncomfortable in any way.

Orthotic Friendly Slipper
Attention I never write reviews. I am writing a review because these are the highest quality slippers I've ever owned. I have Planter fasciitis and chronic aching feet and I have not been able to wear slippers for over 5 years because I must wear my orthotics at all times. This slipper's design allows me to pull out the fleece like footbed and put my custom orthotic underneath it providing the comfort and support of a high quality sensible shoe coupled with the comfort of a cozy fleece slipper.I am able to wear them for hours inside and outside in the yard because of the support and rubber shoe like sole.I highly recommend them.
