Great card, but can run warm in SLI
I run two of these in SLI and they work great. They can run a little hot if you have a smaller case like mine with low ventilation. This is common with SLI though and it doesn't cause any problems. They have never overheated on me, but they do run about 70 degrees Celsius at about 60% fan speed. At that point, it can get a bit loud. If you have the sound up though, you won't notice it. Again, I have a smaller case with low ventilation, so it won't be bad if you have something better. I have been able to run Skyrim at about high with some ultra (with graphic mods) and get a range of about 30-50 fps. I have also been able to run Battlefield 3 on high with most ultra at 40 fps(consistently). With Crysis 3, I run a mix between medium and high (keep in mind that this is the most graphically demanding game out right now) at about 40 fps (consistently). So overall the card does really well in SLI. Even by itself it runs well. Obviously it runs much cooler and quieter. When by itself, I generally overclock quite a bit to get more performance. It doesn't cut the performance by much, but enough to want SLI. Overall I highly suggest this card. With the price Amazon is selling, it's not worth it, but if you can get it cheaper elsewhere or even used it's worth it.
