Will this fit under dress trousers? i have catlidge issues & been told to wear knee support iam on my feet all day at work, will this work?

If the trousers are loose, you probably could wear it. You could not wear it with jeggings or tighter trousers as it would show. A good support,however.

Does this give any support/compression at the back of the knee?

It gives very good support. I measure the maximum for this size and it gives me good all-round support when walking. However, I have to take it off when sitting as it is quite tight.

Can these be used for football and will it gradually slip whilst playing?
