Perfect!
The first kiln I ordered came damaged with a big crack. Company immediately sent out second one to replace it and this one got here in perfect condition. They were wonderful to deal with concerning the damaged one. I would buy from this seller again!

I LOVE it!!
I am SO happy I ordered this! It took a little getting used to (I had a microwave kiln first), I over fired the first project (my own fault), but everything else has come out AMAZING!! It comes with some additional goodies as well, stingers (which I have never used before-but now love), some small frit and some other glass pieces and some kiln paper. All around a great buy!

This should be advertised as jewelry kiln only.
I was super excited to purchase this kiln. I have been a glass artist for over a decade and due to COVID, I don't have access to a kiln. This has been full of disappointment. It simply gets too hot too fast. It fuses, cracks, and ruins glass all in just 15 minutes or less. Start to finish, 15 minutes. Sounds nice, but unless you are making small jewelry or cabinet knobs, it's useless. I have 5 cracked molds (which were stilted on 1/2 inch stilts), glass with holes, and a kiln floor with chunks missing. The manufacturer doesn't recommend using kiln wash so I am burning through expensive shelf paper. I was willing to accept the small surface area but you are limited beyond what is advertised. I regret this purchase.

AWESOME OVEN GREAT SUPPORT
We used this oven for a few months with excellent results. The timer went out and instead of sending a new timer they sent us a new oven! This is a great oven with fantastic support

Don’t buy this!
I received the kiln and began to use the glass as per the directions with the kit. The glass ( that was sent with the kiln) was used cracked even though they were used in 15 minute increments as per the directions. I returned the kiln to the seller and he refuses to refund my money because I used the glass. I can’t return glass cause it cracked while using. I will be escalating this transaction. Absolutely horrible customer service. 👎

Works well and easy to use.
I had no trouble using the craft kiln, i had a microwave kiln before, this is faster and much easier to use. So far very godd results.
