Baja Precious - Infused Balsamic Quartetto - Raspberry, Blackberry, Green Apple & Mango (Pack of 4 x 150ml)

I decided to try some flavored balsamic vinegar after hearing people talk about how great they are on everything. My experience with balsamic had been with a cheap balsamic salad dressing from a fast food place and I thought I didn't like balsamic. OMG I was so wrong. This is soooooo good. When I got it, I tried each flavor on a lettuce leaf and on some fruit. They were all good on both. I could not believe it. So sweet and thick. Now, I feel like a balsamic fanatic. Or maybe an addict. When can I get my next fix? LOL

I use these to make shrub drinks and all the flavors came out super delicious!Made mango bbq sauce for hot wings and I love the tangy flavor from them! Thank you so much for a great product.

I got these to mix with flavored olive oil for custom salad dressing. The flavors are okay but not mind blowing. I've tried them solo on a few things but they're just 'meh' and leave something to be desired.

These are delicious with a full fruit taste. They are thicker and sweeter than I anticipated but not so much so that I cannot use them for savory applications in small amounts. As much as I love raspberries, blackberries, and mangoes (some of my favorite fruits), the green apple has turned out to be my favorite. They are all good, however, and I hope they are back in stock at some point as I definitely would order again. A reviewer mentioned drizzling one of the flavors over ice cream. These are perfect for that application, and they are great over fruit, too. A little roasted fruit, a drizzle of vinegar, and a dollop of some sort of cream (whipped cream, yogurt, ricotta, sour cream, etc), and you have a simple but great dessert with these, too. I highly recommend them as a condiment. They are good enough to eat straight off a spoon.

They are very good & I love using them on salads. Will definitely be buying again.

Product o.k. but leaked. Bottle cap fit other bottles just fine so it appears the threads on the glass bottle are faulty and won't allow the cap to totally seal.The leakage made everything quite sticky but able to wash off with hot water. I've had this product before without any issue with any of the bottles.This shipment only had one of the four bottles with faulty threads.

Will be picking up some great local bread. Looking forward to the new flavors. We have had a blackberry one we love! This will be fun.
