Delicate..
The watch works, it was easy to set up. But the strap broke after a month of daily use by a six year old. The pin came out of the closing and the little rubber strap tidy thing broke too. I know 6 year olds aren't the most careful of users, but it is marketed as a kids watch so I expected it to stand up to abuse a little longer.. The watch part works fine. Battery holds up well. (We've put it on a key chain ring and hung it on her backpack)

Terrible Product with so much potential
I had high hopes for this watch as it seemed perfect to help manage my sons time. The watch arrived and I spent a great deal of time programming in the activities for his weekly routine. This isn't as easy as it should be and activities didn't seem to copy across to other days very well. I then discovered the button would not work on the watch but my son was so taken with it I said he could wear for the day before we returned it. At the park the watch obtained big white scratches on the surface and the whole watch face fell off! The product could be so good but it is very cheaply made and not worth the money.

Not with the money they're asking
The side button was faulty from I took it out the box. Couldn't even get the watch to function. I really thought it would be great for my son but we will never know now. The fact it was faulty from the start put me right off considering the other reviews and I didn't reorder

Such a great idea that needs tweaking
It’s a great idea and it’s a nearly great product. The downsides are that the strap is too difficult for a child to do up or take off - which means mine will never get it back on at school after sport. He likes wearing it though and acknowledges that it is vibrating. He doesn’t yet do what it tells him to do though! The charging station is also nearly great but it is too bright (for us) for a nightlight and the light comes back on when the watch is fiddled with. So it doesn’t work as a replacement for our gro-clock. It needs to maintain its set time for lighting up even if the child gets up early and takes the watch off it. Or it needs to change colour. So I am sending back the charger but keeping the watch to persevere with, although I might buy a different strap.

Very good product that could be excellent if improved
I got this watch for my son who is a 4 year old ASD non verbal, especially for helping him to know when to go to the toilet. I thought the idea of having more actions to add would be great way for him to also learn meaning of words.PROS:-The idea behind this watch is great. It helps kids to follow a routine and schedule in a fun way.- I do think this is really helpful for ASD kids especially non verbal. My son uses PECS cards to communicate so this is helpful as phrases are too complicated for him.- You can easily manage your kids schedule from your phone and set up different routines depending on the day. You have multiple options.- You have the option of changing the strapCONS- Now the icons is a great idea however I don't think there is a great variety. My son has ASD and some icons are hard to interpret. For example, I'm trying to choose snack and usually we use a PEC card that is a glass of water with a cracker. So trying to be generic but when choosing here icons, they are not that symbolic, I have apple, pizza, doughnut, pancakes. So if I put an apple as snack my son literally things it's time for an apple. So he doesn't understand. Or For example, the option for "play" there is nothing he can actually understanding that he can now play with this toys time. Because you have a ball, a jigsaw, train, but those are separate objects. So in his PEC cards, he has a boy playing with toys and that makes sense to him.I know you can upload your own pictures. I think they should also do upload your own icons. Matching this with PECS cards would be a truly hit if they were able to do that.* You can put your own pictures but you have to may monthly and annually. I think that should be already part of the free. But I reckon they want to have people paying more after getting the watch. I get it, you can do that perhaps with their premium icons but with your own photos, that should be free, otherwise you are limited.*For kids with ASD that are very literal with understanding, it means that you are restricted to a few images that may work with them.* My kid has sensory issues so he finds the strap too hard and refuses to wear it. So he uses the watch next to him and takes it around. But I'll be changing his strap for something softer.**************************************Overall, if you have a child with ASD and want to help him understand words and phrases and help this routine, this is great! however, you don't have much flexibility in the choosing of icons as there aren't that many within each category. Even the ones I see premium wouldn't fit. But I'm positive that perhaps in the future they can polish and improve this because so far it's the only one in the market offering this. But it could be really great if they give you access to your own icons or pictures or even providing a better variety of images.
