Super comfy and folds easily
Great for back sleeping to prevent wrinkles. If you fold it, but have a smooth special (faux silk) pillow case, you can be naughty and sleep on your side and still avoid wrinkles. THANK YOU for making these pillows! Im 70 and look great.

Surprisingly Comfortable
I have neck and spine problems. I have about seven pillows on my bed, and I'm constantly waking during the night to readjust them or to trade them out for each other when I change position.I was really surprised at the Emolli Contour Memory Foam Pillow. It's now the only pillow I use.I'm a side-sleeper (it's better for my bad back) and this pillow creates far less pressure on my face/eye area than others (if you are a middle-aged woman, you will understand why this is a plus). It provides me with great neck support. Somehow, the way it is formed helps to support my jaw so that it can relax, and I don't feel that the skin near my eyes is getting smooshed and tugged.I don't sleep on my back, but I did try resting my head on it in that position, and that, also, is very comfortable - it's great for reading in bed, supported by all those other pillows I no longer use for sleeping. :)Sometimes - rarely - I sleep on my stomach; I've noticed that this pillow isn't great for me in that position, unless I rotate it 180°, so that the neck "cutout" is at the top of my head, rather than by my chin. It's been wonderful to get a decent night's sleep, and to not wake up every few hours to change my pillow out for another. I didn't expect a pillow to make this much difference (none of the others I've tried have), but I'm pleasantly surprised that it does.I did not notice any odor in the one I received; I did allow it to air out for a couple of days as the instructions indicated. The cover is very soft and nicely made. The pillow is smaller than standard pillows - a fact I like. It would be easy to take when traveling.

Mind the pillow sizing
The pillow I received is the 50x30 cm one, and it is SMALL. That would be less of an issue if it also wasn't so thin, and the neck cradle is too small to be comfortable for me. If they offered a larger version of this pillow I would suggest trying it out, but it doesn't seem that they do, as this listing is for this pillow or several different types of pillowcases/bedsheets.

Very small pillow
When I first started having neck pain I bought a memory foam contour pillow and it helped tremendously. Comparing this one to my original one, the first thing I noticed was how much smaller and thinner this one was. The dip for your neck is barely noticeable and there's not much difference between using it or laying flat on the mattress. There is some, so it would be better than having no pillow at all but I would not recommend this one over all the other choices out there. Perhaps it would be good as a travel pillow since it would not take up a huge amount of space in a suitcase.

gift
Gift to my mom, she sd she was pleased with it and especially the part for your neck it has helped her. She just wanted a larger one. I did not know the size of the pillow when I ordered it.

Tried several pillows, this is a close second after my Serta
The Emolli Contour Memory Foam Pillow, which retails for about $35. It’s a nice pillow and liked the removable cover, but a bit to thin for me. I still like the Serta pillow better but this was a close second. Background since I have tried so many pillows in the past 12 months:I started with the Therapedic Dacron Memorelle Fiber Side Sleeper Pillow ($49), but it didn’t have the curvature for the shoulder. It’s a nice pillow and comfortable but not favorite. So, I went to look for another pillow. Then, I bought the Ikea KNAVEL pillow firm ($64.99), it’s too hard and probably should have bought the softer one.Next, the Serta ($34.99), has been the best side pillow for me. It proved the right amount of support and the curvature was great for my shoulder. Then, I tried both the TRANZZQUIL Bed Sleeping, Shredded Memory Foam Pillow with Bamboo Cover, Adjustable Loft for Back and Side Sleeper; and the Allo Memory Foam, Adjustable Hypoallergenic Infused Fill Bed Pillow. Both are nice pillows but not for side sleeper. They are tapered on the long side which put my head into an awkward position.

Not enough pillow in this pillow
Pillows are a very personal thing. Some may love this pillow and others won't. My wife definitely did not. She said it was so thin it was almost like using no pillow at all. Just by looking at it I know it wouldn't work for me either. The construction seems nice and there was no offensive odor. Not recommended
