- Miguhara developed Ultra Whitening Ample in order that people can whiten and brighten their skin tone gradually with niacinamide, not to produce a nominally effective skin care product. Niacinamide removes free radicals that causes melanin pigmentation and deactivates tyrosinase which is an oxidase that is the rate-limiting enzyme for controlling the production of melanin.

The Clinical Trial Center for Bio-Industry at Semyung University of Korea have conducted a clinical trial of the skin brightness enhancement effects of "Ultra Whitening Ample of Miguhara. The clinical trial was conducted among women between at the age of 35 to 55, with different skin types, skin oils, skin thicknesses, skin elasticities, skin surface conditions, and skin sensitivity. Skin brightness is mesaured using Spectrophotometer on Week 0, Week 2, and Week 4, and it is found that "Ultra Whitening Ample" has average improvement rates of 2.085% and 4.026% after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of the use of test sample when compared with those prior to the use of the test sample(Week 0), respectively.
