This form of magnesium seems to help a lot with my restless leg syndrome and repetitive movement syndrome. It seems better to me than other forms, at least for me.

Life Extension Neuro-Mag Magnesium L-Threonate is great for boosting brain health and promoting better sleep. I’ve noticed clearer thinking, less stress, and improved rest since I started taking it. It’s gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus. Some people might feel a little tired or bloated, but overall it’s been really helpful.

This is a great supplement to take in the evening to help with sleep.Just another middle age perimenopausal assist!

Update: I was given a refund based on my experience which made me elevate to 4.Previous post: I was influenced to try this product due to someone I follow. Sadly when I opened the product, one capsule had come apart and filled the container with the contents.Additionally don’t love that the dosage is recommended 3 times per day.
