I have oily hair, this stuff keeps my oil at bay and lathers great! It’s very effective and I can tell that when I use this my hair feels soft and clean for many days!

Best shampoo I have found for my fine and thin hair. I really wanted to switch to a plastic-free shampoo bar, but had to return to Nioxin. After using the bar for a month and a half, my hair felt noticeably thinner and flat. After one wash with this my hair feels and looks fuller. Now I wish Nioxin could make a plastic-free refill.

So I bought the shampoo and conditioner after starting to use minoxidil for hair regrowth. I’ll start with cons, the cost is high and you can’t find this product at normal stores. The pros, I really feel like the shampoo is cleaning my scalp. It’s not like a tea tree cleaning sensation, rather you feel like the tingle of a cleaning. My hair is very oily and this product helps control that. It doesn’t really smell one way of the other. I let the conditioner sit in for a few min and overall I don’t see any hair loss when washing my hair so I will come to the conclusion that this shampoo and conditioner help

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve been using this product for many years. I found my hair thinning noticeably as I menopause started and was really concerned. A hairdresser suggested I try Nioxin and I’m so glad she did. Within a few weeks i noticed that there were fewer hairs in the sink and in the brush. My hair is still fairly fine but I have lots of it. I love this product and will use it forever!
