Smoke effect
The "smoke effect" only kind of worked once or twice. We tried cleaning the incense holder cup and the hole smoke is supposed to cascade down, it made no difference. We put it in a room with no drafts and turned off all fans, no luck. Looks ok, so we'll keep it but only 4 stars. (Update) Wife put a tiny ball of foil under the incense cup, now it looks great. 5 star

Cool burner but came broken
This back flow burner is very cool. My son loves it! The smoke comes down around the crystal and down in the base. Only problem was the packaging. It arrived with the dragons horns broken off. We found it in the box and I hot glued it other than that it’s a cool burner.

My favorite.
This is my favorite incense burner. I'm an avid dragon lover so was excited to find this. The quality is really nice and it looks beautiful in person, especially when you put batteries in and turn on the light in the crystal that I didn't even realize was there or part of it until I went to clean it after a few uses. Highly reccomend would buy other versions in different colors.

Waterfall incense burner
My adult grandson loves this incense burner...Note: the incense for this type of incense burner, burns very quickly.

Cheap and Not Worth It. Very Disappointed. 😥
Honestly, I would not recommend this product as you could definitely find better quality for the same price. It doesn't meet the expectations of what is shown in the advert. I ordered this to replace one that I had bought in the past because one of the heads broke and to get this was pretty disappointing. You can tell it was a horrible rush job based on the excess hot glue at the bottom. The light doesnt even work in mine even with "batteries included" in it and they are not double AA batteries as stated in the description. It's also missing the pan that the incense is supposed to sit on.
