Good value, good fit, but could be softer
I'm 5'10, 160-ish pounds; a normally skinny build but I work out a bit so my arms thin but not complete twigs. I was a bit worried about size since there's only a S/M and L/XL but I went for the L/XL to be safe. They fit my arms just fine (width), in fact they're about perfect. They're a bit long on my arms but I just fold the top down a little bit (which also make it easier to pull off mid ride). Plenty warm and reasonably comfortable. My only complaint was that I was expecting a softer material. It's not rough, but not butter soft spandex like a good pair of bibs; it feels more like a cotton shirt (although it's not) but with stretch.Update after a couple months of ownership: I pretty much wear these every time I ride. Sleeves are perfect for southern Californian winters. If I get too hot on a climb or something I just pull them down to my wrists, slide them back up for a decent. The material is no bother, in fact the cotton-like feel is nice when the nose starts dripping on those cold mornings. The material does breathe, and allow wind through. It's perfect for mid 40s to 50s, but if you're looking for something for real cold conditions you'll want to look elsewhere. There's no slipping whatsoever. Moving up to 5/5 stars, very happy with these.

warm & a bargain
I’m 5’9” and 158 lbs and the s/m is a perfect fit in length and width. I never have trouble with them rolling or slipping down which is a problem with other arm warmers I’ve owned. They provide excellent warmth and good breathability. DeFeet uses a different fabric than most other brands and it’s hard to describe. It feels almost like cotton. They’re very warm, especially for the majority of the weather that we get here in SW Florida. I don’t need to use these often, typically only if the temperature is below 55 which is rare. For warmer temps I wear the DeFeet Armskin Lites or my POC arm warmers. Aside from being warm, the best part about the Defeet brand warmers is the price. I got these for $17.40 which is a great bargain. Other brands are way overpriced.

Excellent Product
I like the knit texture. Plenty long enough for my long arms (25-26 inches shoulder to wrist). They work for me in a wide range of temps from 20s to 50s. Highly recommend.

My Favs
These look a lot cheaper made and have fewer features than than the other arm warmers with bicycle makers brands on them but so far these are the best. They are simple, slip on easily, and breathe better than any of the other 4 brands I have tried.I am hooked on arm warmers now. I used to use jackets that were a PIA to carry. Now I carry a vest and arm warmers. I start the day with both the vet and arm warmers and as the day warms I take the vest off. Later I slip the arm warmers down and eventually take them off if the day gets hot. Nothing beats this approach for comfort and ease of carry. These are my favorite arm warmer because their ability to breathe gives them a wider comfort range. In other brands I quickly over heat.

Very Happy with these arm warmers
This is my first experience with arm warmers and I am loving them! I bring them on every ride now. They are perfect for days when a windbreaker is too much, but just a jersey is a little chilly, or when the temp is varying during the ride. I shopped for arm warmers before, but never got them because I didn't like the feel of the rubbery grip bands on most of them. These are great because they don't have any bands at all on the upper part. They stay up perfectly and I don't feel the grip band strangling my arms. I am 5'7" woman and I got the L/XL. They fit well with a little extra material in the length, but not a problem, they just roll up a little at the top. I think the small/med ones would have been the right length but too tight.

Sizing details; great niche
FYI S/M is 17 inches long, the L/XL is 20 inches long. They seem like a nice product but I haven't used them yet, so can't comment anymore. UPDATE: I have used them quite a bit. They are great. They are beefy and warm. Not totally windproof or for very cold temps (say 30-40's), but they are useful during the spring/fall when you need something in the morning, but what to have a short sleeve jersey when/if things warm up. They are perfect to let you bring a lighter-weight, less-windproof jacket instead of a heavier one because they can block the arm chill. And of course when the temp changes you can take them off (or put them on).

Great armwarmers, but a tad too long
As many other reviewers have mentioned, these are cut very long. I am 5'10" 150lbs with what I would consider a typical cyclists build-- i.e. skinny arms. The diameter of the warmers give a snug fit, but they would be perfect if they were a little shorter, hence I knocked off one star. I will say that the top of the warmer is unsewn, so it might be that one could trim the extra length. I might try that eventually.

The best arm warmers for cycling
I've used these arm warmers over the past several years. This is my third pair and they last about 2 years with regular use. This are the only brand of arm warmers that stay in place. My last pair was L/XL, but they were much shorter. These new ones are a bit too long. However, they are snug and I'll keep them. Maybe this time I should have gone with the M (I'm 5'10 and 160 lbs).
