Runs VERY big
I usually wear between a 7-1/2 and an 8 (leaning more toward 8) due to my wide feet. I ordered an 8, put them on, and they fell off after taking a step. They were enormous! So I exchanged them for a 7-1/2. Still way to big, but I wore them to work so didn't feel right about returning worn shoes, so I just ordered a 7. Perfect! Super comfy with a memory foam insole. They don't feel like they will fall off, but don't feel too tight either. I'm just disappointed that I have a pair sitting in my closet that I can't wear. If my feet ever swell up for any reason, I have the perfect shoes!

Runs small!
Came in as expected, very nice for work. However, I had to return and buy almost two sizes up, they do run small. I normally wear an 8.5, and I had to get a size 10.

Sizing issues
I ordered an 8, which is what I usually wear. It was too tight on my toes. So I ordered an 8.5, and it fell off my heel when I walked.

Flexible for busy work days
This is my new favorite brand of flats. I have multiple styles in multiple colors. They aren't hard/stiff to rub on my feet all day. But they still look nice.
