The first four pictures are pictures of the tumbler/lid/items.Picture #1 and #2 show the tumbler along with the items included with it. The items included are: 2 metal straws, a brush for the straws, and a sponge brush for the tumbler.Picture #3 shows the lid that came with the tumbler. Keep in mind that it is NOT the lid advertised. However, I did contact the seller about this issue and the seller solved the issue by telling me to purchase the lid with the straw hole and they would refund the amount that I paid for the other lid.Picture #4 is a defect that is on the tumbler. It’s like a cloudy white line that does not come off. Most likely a defect that occurred while designing the tumbler.Picture #5 shows the new lid compared to the original lid.Overall, I love the cup. And I am pleased with the customer service. It might not be a giftable cup due to the defect, but it would be a great cup for yourself.Also, I had ice in it for 7 hours and 30 minutes and it still had ice that was unmelted. That’s awesome! Wish I had a picture of it!

I ordered this tumbler a few days ago because it was big enough for my daily nutrition tea and yet narrow enough for my car cup holder, AND it came with an optional handle to use. The only con I found was that the lid that came with it was not the lid pictured, which was one of the selling points of this cup for me. I wanted a lid with a center hole for my straw, easier to stir my drink that way. I sent the seller a message and they advised me of why the lid was different and offered to help make it right by refunding the whole cup or refunding me if I purchased the lid I wanted and let them know the cost. So I am a very happy customer.

I really like this tumbler. I got it mainly because I wanted something with a lid, a handle and something that could keep a drink cold for at least a few hours. I had low expectations for this tumbler but it does a pretty good job at keeping a drink relatively cold for a few hours. I have tried it with iced water in the morning and by late evening, the ice remains frozen. This is a simple design, had no issues with washing it and I ordered it in purple which looks true to color. The lid snaps in the cup and it has a slide cover for the drink hole. Would recommend this product.

This cup is great !I drink so much water because this cup has great thermal proof behind it better then normal.I can literally say I love the design and the size and how cold it stays for me to drink water all day.

I bought because of the 40 oz. and water documenting daily for a strict diet... only 36 oz... Disappointed, but it will do.

It keeps cold drinks very cold, and I often still have ice left after 24 hours. Hot drinks stay very hot for several hours and warm for several more. I did find that the 32 oz size is a little too large for my smaller hands, but perfect for a man or a person with large hands.

I use it mostly for cold beverages and ice I haven't used it for hot beverages much.

Exactly what I wanted, big enough, leak free, keeps stuff cold and looks great. I love it.

It's quite big, but the base narrows so it fits in my car's larger cup holder. It keeps your drink cold for many hours. I haven't tried hot beverages in it yet, but I imagine it would keep them hot. I love the different lid options and it comes with two straws and a straw cleaning brush. I'm really happy with it.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas and not only did it come with 2 straws, and all the proper brushes for cleaning but she works outside in the winter and it keeps her coffee hot for hours. She is very pleased with it and therefore so am I :-)

Got this as a Christmas gift for my mom! it is almost exactly like a Yeti one, just without the logo- and it comes with metal straws, and cleaners! My mom LOVES it! She uses it 24/7! 100% recommend! I might buy one for myself ;)

I wanted a pretty insulated mug for hot tea drinking and its perfect for that. Though would've preferred a slightly larger size. I handwash and that works fine. Would buy a bigger one if it was available.
