I have an older PC that doesn't have Bluetooth capability on its own and I only use wireless earbuds/headphones because of the number of cables I already have to deal with, so I started looking for something that could give my PC that next step up. That is when I found this. It works the moment you plug it in. No downloads, no set-up nightmares, nothing, just plug and play! I got this a little over a month ago at the time of writing this and it stills works beautifully.Pros: - No download necessary - No set-up - Instant connections - Stays connected for a LONG distance - Dongle can be rotated in case your USB ports are vertical - Works with all Bluetooth devices (from what I've experienced) - Great sound quality - Next to no sound delayCons: - Must have a USB 3 port to work (mildly sucky if you're getting this for an older PC with 6 of its 8 ports are USB 2)This has been a game-changer (quite literally since I use my PC for gaming) for me to have this Bluetooth adapter to help update my PC for the times (lol). It consistently has amazing sound quality and has next to no delay on the sound in accordance with a video or game that you're playing. The only thing about this adapter that I have no opinion on is their tech support. I have yet to actually need help because of how simple using it is and how versatile it is. I honestly wasn't even sure that it would work with my old PC because of how outdated some of the hardware is, but it was a pleasant surprise that it did work. Highly recommend!

It did come with instructions and a little bit of work on my end to download and install but it was a lot easier than anticipated. If I can figure it out I would say most would be able to from the instructions. Worked as soon as I finished the instructions and my Bluetooth headphones connected right away.

So I’ve been playing wirelessly for the better year or so on my pc. I’ve always used my Xbox elite controller and never had problems with connectivity.I recently relocated my pc further from my monitor and it totally messed up my connection with my controller. I played connected through usb-c for about a week. Just because the connection kept dropping or just disconnecting. Really messing with gameplay especially online play.I seeked out to buy a new connector piece to have a wider and longer range. In comes this product. I can honestly say with a little bit of instruction from the guide and video link, I had it running within 10 mins. Works wonders. Not only did my Xbox have a solid connection, but so did my other wireless peripherals.10/10 would buy again. Especially for this low price and awesome connection and simplicity of the product.

True plug and play and GREAT for audio!I have tried a few bluetooth dongles because my desktop PC is actually a repurposed server (I run several VM and do work with large computation models) so it came with no Bluetooth. Primarily needed it for my Jabra headset for conference calls. My issues with others were largely a very short range, and during audio calls or even listening to music it was just not reliable! Not an issue with this one. Plugged it in and immediately it downloaded the driver without me having to do anything, I paired my headset through the normal process just like I had Bluetooth with my machine originally. It has been wonderful through music, online classes, zoom calls, etc. This was so easy, I’d trust my mother to get it right!Oh and CUTE STICKERS!! it wouldn’t change my review but it did make me smile

This device works perfectly. I recently was able to get a custom built gaming computer at an amazing price and needed to add Bluetooth for a wireless keyboard and mouse along to work with my wireless headset. This is exactly the perfect device I needed to add to complete my task. NO issues what so ever. Definitely recommend this.

The Techkey USB WiFi adapter works as advertised. I have a brand name laptop that is about 15 years old. Speed tests showed that my download speed had decreased to a low of 1 to 2 mbps. I ordered and installed the Techkey USB WiFi adapter, and the download speed increased to between 50 and 100 mbps (upload speed were at comparable rates). This allowed me to restore the laptop's internet connectivity to a very useful level. I had a small problem in settng up the adapter, as the disc drive in my laptop would not read the disc with the installation software. I had to use another (much newer) computer to copy the installation software from the disc to a usb drive, and then load it from the usb drive to the laptop. I also had to disable the old, internal WiFi card in the laptop to get full utility from the Techkey. This worked perfectly. Also, previously, my laptop could only recognize WiFi on the 2.4 ghz level. Now, it recognizes, and uses, WiFi on the 5.0 ghz level.
