FM radio problem

I have observed 02 times fm playing problem which could not achieved my expectations.

Value for money

Blue tooth works very well. Sound quality is good. Memory card and radio also work however it does not play media from a pen drive.

With in 2 month charger damaged and speaker is not working....no service centre in bhopal so i had to courier in pune....ghatia product....
