Indigo True Flexible Bowl Scraper for Shaping Dough, 1-Piece Contoured Profile Conforms to Any Mixing Bowl from Company Company

This was an indulgent purchase for my sourdough bread making. At first I had no regrets! This bowl scraper does clean the bowl well. That said it is now distorted and no longer cleans bowl well. It has never been put in the dishwasher and has only been hand washed as instructed. It is not worth the price.

I read a review which said this scraper was too flexible and knew at once it was the one for me. Bowl scrapers in NA are far too stiff for scraping bowls and I have had to used a much damaged UK one since we arrived in Canada. This one is perfect as it will flex to the shape of the bowl and it beautifully scrapes out all the dough from a bread making session. it is not a dough cutter, it is a bowl scraper and it is a new kitchen treasure.

I love how this dough scraper is flexible and easy to hold. I’ve used it on more narrow bowls like the 5 quart bowl for a kitchen aid mixer and a much wider and larger mixing bowl and it works no matter how narrow or large your bowl might be. Just what I needed.

I have so many bakery cards, but this one is the best! flexible, washes easily and fits well inside bowl, pan, etc... Love the color, durable, really a good product.

A bit pricey but does the job.

Worth every single penny. I have used this for so many different recipes, not just sourdough. It is the most handy kitchen item I own. Works for many different bowl sizes.
