Great Characters from Shakespeare Paper Dolls (Dover Paper Dolls)

Needs to be perforated
These are awesome for teaching kids about Shakespeare. However, they are incredibly detailed (👍🏻) and are not perforated to tear out easily (👎🏻). If you purchase, get a sharp hobby knife too.

Useful
This is a fun extra to get children interested in Shakespeare. Good for Primary school students but also could be used for High school in a limited way. One of those paper doll books your 'grandma bought you when ill'.Children learn all the names of characters and can colour and see the costumes they wore. Yes, I vote for this book as a fun way to learn about Shakespeare's wonderful characters.

Definitely a good educational tool for my English Language Learners learning Shakespeare
I think it's a cute book, but it was difficult cutting the characters out and then aligning the costume with the actor. Definitely a good educational tool for my English Language Learners learning Shakespeare; I just wish it were perforated.

Great for a themed event like mine
These would've been so much better if they were pre-cut.

Love it
This is a very good, educational book. On the back page it has summaries of a few of the most famous plays. Romeo and Juliet, Oberon and Titania from A Midsummer Nights Dream, and Prospero and Miranda from The Tempest are just a few of the people from the plays. From Lacey, an 8 year old.Mama says: I continue to be impressed with the amazing quality of the Dover books. The artwork is incredible and it would appear that a lot of research has gone into creating these historical drawings.

Tom Tierney
