Commercial Quality Food Delivery Bag 21.5" x12.5" x11" Extra Strength Zipper and Thick Insulation

This bag is official. It keeps food hot like it just left the restaurant! It also keeps frozen foods like ice cream cold too. My tips increased after I got this bag. I look more legit when I arrive to get the food and when I deliver food to the people. If you want to be the 5 Star Auto Lord like myself, you need this! It holds a lot. . I've used it for big orders at many restaurants.

Size NOT as advertised. The bag I received measured 20x12x10 inches not 23x15x12 inches as posted on Amazon's ad page. The bag I received was a good quality item with heavy nylon fabric, good quality double zippers and fairly thick but collapsible insulation. I wanted and need full size catering bags that are collapsible.

As an UberEATS driver I find this bag very useful. Not just for keeping food hot or cold, but also for presentation. Every day both restaurant staff and customers compliment the bag.

I used this bag for GrubHub when I have large orders. I have fit two XL pizzas and other dishes in here. I have put 10 entrees from the local Indian restaurant. It will fit a LOT of food.The handles seem sturdy, but I don't use this on every order-->just the large orders.

This bag is legit! I can carry 50 lbs in it easy! Yes, the zipper was stuck a bit in the beginning. Thankfully I can utilize common sense and opperate a zipper before committing review assassanation. It’s legit! And if you’re smart, you can make spacers with type cardboard and plastic wrap. It is heavy duty and I put it to the test. Thank you.

I use this while delivering for UberEats. It's great for larger orders and maintains heat very well. I have also used it to transport frozen items and meat products after grocery shopping. I had ice cream that was still cold after leaving it in the bag for two hours. It wasn't frozen but it wasn't complete liquid either. It is also very easy to clean. The only downside is the one I received had some construction flaws where there was some flayed threads and some of the stitching was a lil sloppy. To be fair these are nitpicks. Also the side walls are thick but there isn't a lot of structure. I am definitely going to get another one.

I would give this a 0 Star if I could. I am chef and I got this to bring some food to one of my friends house with out using a big bulky cambro hotbox. I have never measured a aluminum half foil pan(disposable kind) until today. I aussumed that when a product description says it can hold a half pan that it would, I guess that’s what I get for assuming. It would have worked if I put in the food pans in on the side that is the tall side, but I’m not go to so you can not use the handles. I didn’t give it a chance using it that way, so I can not say one way or another about it’s insulation and heat retention capability. It might work really well for smaller containers but I will never know. Hopefully you use smaller containers and it works for you.

I found the insulated delivery bags provided to me to be complete garbage so I wanted an upgrade. I searched, and searched until I decided on this bag.I am very happy with my decision. It's a high quality professional looking bag. The insulation is far thicker than expected and keeps food hot on those dreaded super far drop locations. It is not as big as it looks in the pictures, but it still has plenty of room for most of my deliveries.I have two possible negs to point out.1. Bag only has one zipper, not 2 as shown in picture. Maybe full size has two?2. No vent holes so taped/stickered closed bags may steam themselves undone. On further drops I dont zip it all the way to vent.Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and will be purchasing the pizza bag after writing this review. Also, I will eventually purchase the full size bag for larger deliveries.*I am a partner with a couple of my local on-demand delivery companies.

Keeps food cooked food HOT, and is perfect holding 4 drinks stable with a drink tray on the bottom or holding a single food order. 2 small (personal 4 slice) pizza boxes can also fit inside it on a slight angle. Pizza and food comes out steaming in front of the customer. The only issue is with the inner liner breaking away from the zipper. Currently, I'm figuring out how to reattach it to the zipper seam as I use this nightly to deliver food to customers. NO other construction/usage durability flaws yet to report.
