You don't poke your hand through them. They are the toughest and the best for larger dogs. Very thick, easy to use with a large bottom pouch and yes, a bit expensive. But I don't wanna touch poop.

I have big dogs, therefore I have big messes to pick up. These bags are designed with a pocket in the bottom that helps get your hand around the prize :) without getting it smeared on the rest of the bag. So, no more "I need another bag to bag the 1st bag". Also, we like the handy way they dispense from the cardboard hanger. We hang the hanger in the back of the SUV and when we head down the trail, tear off a few to bring along (multiple dogs). Also, these are thicker than the roll type, so if you have a runny mess, you can scrape it up without the bag tearing.

I know the bags are expensive, but they are worth it. The thickness and size are ideal, and it makes it so much easier to pick up the nasty stuff we need to pick up!

These are the best quality bags for cleaning up after your pet. They are the right size for large pets (if you know what I mean). I like the thickness of the plastic. I also like how easy it is to get the bag open. There are cheaper bags out there, but we've found that skimping in this area can get a little messy and unpleasant. Definitely worth the extra cost.
