I've used a lot of stands like these over the years in various labs, and ordered 4 of these for our labs. I didn't look at the dimensions, so shame on me, but they are actually fairly small, so make sure they will work for you. The mechanism to raise and lower them works pretty well, though it's not extremely smooth.Overall, decent adjustable stands, just make sure to check the size before ordering.
