Very comfortable and great deal
I'm glad I found this mattress topper for a great price. I'm not a fan of memory foam so I'm thrilled to have found a true egg crate mattress topper. It feels very cushy to sleep on under a mattress protector and sheets. I let it air out for a little while to let the smell go a bit but have not had problems with smell since.

Great value for price! Plan to buy another!
I originally bought this as flooring for my disabled rabbit. He loves it and it gives him a place to play without injury! When I first rolled it out and added his favorite blanket he danced around and then flopped on it and stretched out very happily. When I moved I actually ended up sleeping on the foam on the floor. Better than an air mattress!

works great overall
does not fit a twin bed good. but it has helped my teenager sleep way better at night- no more thrashing around, thank you Lord! :) Very durable and comfortable. I just wish it fit his bed better. I bought stretchy sheets so it's working out okay with the odd size. It's too long and too wide for a twin. It wouldn't fit a full mattress all the way but it's close.

Very thin
Very thin, much thinner than I expected. I thought the 1" thickness would be the minimum thickness at the "valley" of the egg crate, but it turns out to be the maximum thickness at the "peak" of the egg crate. I intended to use it for chair padding in a reupholstery project, but it's too thin for that purpose; I had to order something else. Perhaps it would be okay as a bed topper on a smooth mattress, but it certainly isn't going to cover up any lumps or bumps.

Single Bed Egg Crate
The single trundle bed in our cottage may be smaller than an average single bed but the single bed size was too large for that bed - so I trimmed it down with scissors. It is thin - not uncomfortable - but not luxurious either! I slept on it for a number of nights and it was OK. If it was for my year round bed, I would spend a bit more and get more comfort!
